The Space:
Wonderful, quiet family-oriented 8-plex less than 1 block from the beach in excellent condition. Very clean inside with bright pastel beachy colors. This condo is in fact nice – if you have someone that is a bit more picky, pick Los Cabos III #7 and features two bedrooms & two full baths.

Watch the kids safely swim from your patio overlooking the shallow pool while you relax from the 2nd floor patio

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes etc & is ready to go for easy family meal preps to save you time & money. The eat in counter as well as dining table assures plenty of space for meals.

Super convenient location, walkable to several restaurants, a convenience store, & the Dollar Store.

Free Off-Street Parking for 2 vehicles / Max occupancy is 6 per condo HOA

Exact bedding is a king in the master with en suite bathroom, a double in the bedroom bunk with twin up top & an extra twin bed, a pull out couch & a provided airbed & pump. Please do bring bedding if you want to use sofa sleeper or airbed. There is a 2nd full bathroom as well.

The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine.

We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify.

Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, and dishwasher pods (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.

Please note:

The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. We cannot allow a check in if the primary guest is not 25.

We require a digital rental agreement and photo ID for age verification before arrival. Door code for entry is sent at 3 pm day of check in.
