Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset from our 21st-floor balcony, offering breathtaking gulf front views. This beachfront 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the master bedroom, a bunk room, and a queen sofa sleeper. The bunks are situated in their own separate corridor, providing a sense of privacy. Prepare meals in our fully stocked kitchen or walk to Pier Park or one of the many restaurants close by. On-site Beach service with 2 chairs/umbrella are included along with all linens except beach towels.

Tidewater Resort is located on the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. No street to cross! The resort boasts two outdoor lagoon pools, an indoor pool, four hot tubs, a full fitness center, a game room, an on-site bar, Starbucks, and a theater room. Secure your beach vacation with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in. All major credit cards are accepted.

IMPORTANT:
- Upon your online reservation, a separate email from our GreatCondoRental will be sent to you with the link to online Rental Agreement. This document need to be SIGNED for your booking to be completed. Also, a clear image of your government issued ID (Driver License or Passport) will need to be uploaded. The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement/POC are signed and ID uploaded.

- Primary Renter Must be At Least 25 Years Old.
- Detailed arrival information (condo door code, etc) will be provided via email three days prior to arrival.
- With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.
- Max occupancy - 6 guests (regardless of the age, sorry, no exceptions)!

*Tidewater HOA requires all guests to complete Online Resort Registration ($39.59 early registration, or $50.29 within 24 hour of arrival, including tax; once per group, per stay!) prior to arrival, link will sent to you three days before arrival. Upon arrival, HOA front desk will provide registered guests with wristbands and up to 2 (two) garage parking passes
