Regency towers is not the newest complex but it has everything you need for a family trip. Pools are roomy and clean, plenty of grills, units are large with good size rooms. Our family was very comfortable in unit 708. It was an extra nice unit with good furnishings and was very clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice too!

Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). The Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security.
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, and features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site.Amenities* Two large pools (one seasonally heated)
