We had a wonderful week long stay. The views from the balcony are beautiful. We could see dolphins in the ocean which was so exciting. I love that we can also see the pool. This location is perfect and we look forward to coming again next year.

My wife and I took our two young children for a week. The condo was clean and provided plenty of room for our family of four to sleep. The location of the condo is excellent. It’s an extremely easy walk to the beach and, as an added bonus, the beach is surprisingly uncrowded. The community is very well kept and family friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been staying in this condo for the last 3-4 years and I have never been disappointed! The owners are easy to communicate with at any moment and respond quickly even to the silliest questions. The condo has been completely redone since last year when I stay and I was amazed by the change! Absolutely beautiful! The decoration are simple but also great conversation pieces! The view of the beach is perfect and the walk is very nice and EASY!!! 10 out of 10 will always come back to our weekly once a year beach home.

We love this condo. The location is perfect. We are so happy that the chairs/umbrella rental comes with the condo. It is so helpful to just carry bags down to the beach. We had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave! Everything was clean and well stocked. Loved our stay!

We stayed in this condo for a week. It was a very nice and clean. Location was great. We love Pinnacle Port. The murphy bed was great fot my teenage son. The only issue we had was with the beach chairs. Only 1 day of our stay were they actually marked for our condo. The other days we just picked chairs w/o labels and hoped it didn't belong to anyone else. Other than that our stay was amazing and we had a great time. Would definitely come back again.

We loved the location of this property and the view from our unit was simply amazing! When a small mishap occurred with our washer, The owner was contacted and she answered immediately. She was more than apologetic of the situation! In addition, she had her cleaning lady out to the unit the very next day to bring us additional linens and towels. We really enjoyed our family vacation this year!!

We had a great time staying here for our boys’ Spring Break. It was the perfect size for our family, the kids loved the Murphy bed! The location right on the beach was great for us to run in and out all day. The beach was quiet and beautiful! Would love to come back!

We enjoyed it, it was steps from the beach which is very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean and new looking. The ocean view from the balcony is great to have and we sat out there often. The extra Murphy bed in the living room was comfortable and it was like like having a 2 bedroom for the price of one. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

We love pinnacle port and this particular condo was very nice! Its a great floor plan and pretty view! The new cable TV service is,awful so if you have elderly or really young people that plan on watching alot of tv then it's hard. I had to call the service provider numerous times and they never really got it fixed.

We always stayed away from PC but this is more of a family oriented gated property. Convenient to shopping and resturants. Cozy with everything you need and a beautiful view. Looking forward to coming back.

Our Beachfront condo overlooks the beach, gulf and the larger of two pools. Located on the 3rd floor of the 1st mid-rise building, our unit offers easy, quick access (via steps or elevator) to the beautiful 'sugar sand' beach, both pools, the 4 lighted tennis courts, children's play area, grilling and picnic area, boat dock and ramp at Lake Powell. TWO BEACH CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA ARE RESERVED FOR OUR UNIT AND FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY (March 1-October 31). (Look for unit number on chairs).
The living room, with view of beach and gulf, features plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat and swivel rocker. An entertainment center in Living Room has a "Smart" HD TV with service through Whitesky. WiFi is free to use. It also contains a 'Murphy' pull-down queen bed (much more comfortable and easier to operate than sleeper sofa). Dining area with seating for 4 is adjacent to living room and the fully equipped and furnished kitchen, recently updated with quartz countertops, new sink and faucet, along with new dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom, also recently updated, features large tile walk-in shower with seat and shower head w/hand-held wand, granite vanity top, new faucet, sink and commode. The bedroom has a queen bed, "Smart" HD TV, view of Lake Powell, the smaller of the two pools and tennis courts. There's a full sized, stacked washer/dryer in the unit.
Pinnacle Port is now considered 'centrally located' on the west end of Panama City Beach at the intersection of the Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road, between Carillon Beach and Rosemary Beach. Take the Back Beach Road and you're only 10-15 minutes to all the terrific and tasty restaurants, clubs, a winery, shopping and all the attractions of Panama City Beach - or cruise the Front Beach Rd. if you desire. Head west on 30-A (3 miles from entrance) and you are only minutes to Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Seaside and Grayton Beach. The new airport is 10 - 20 minutes away. Travel another 10-15 minutes to Destin for more restaurants, Outlet Mall, additional shopping and fun. A Bike Path runs from Rosemary Beach all the way to Destin. We are adjacent to and share the entry gate with Carillion Beach Community featuring fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Publix grocery store is just across the highway.
