We had a little hiccup checking in due to the previous renters but Tamra was super responsive to us and let us know what was happening. Tamra's place is our absolute favorite condo at Pinnacle Port! So beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The unit is in the best location with a beachfront view from one patio and the sunrise from the other. Tamra was also quick to respond and very friendly. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again soon.

This has been our best Airbnb experience!! We wanted to visit 30A but wanted to be directly on the water and have less crowds. This was perfection! The view is unbelievable and the color at high tide is breathtaking! Tamra was the best host. She responded right away. She had 5 beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrella, etc. Kitchen was stocked and everything was sooo clean!!!

Tamra’s beautiful and fully updated condo in the Pinnacle Port development within the Carillon Beach gated community is a wonderful place. The 2-story, split floor plan layout of the condo is great and it is appointed with everything you could possibly need. Great views of the beach and water from two balconies, one on each side of the building, making sure you always have shade on very hot days. We even watched a marriage proposal on the beach from our balcony one night. The perfect white sand beaches of northwest Florida are some of the nicest you will find anywhere in the world. 5 minutes from county route 30A and posh Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants, with nearby access to Lake Powell, Camp Helen, Pier Park, and greater PCB, there is something for everyone. Driving through the gate to the exclusive Carillon Beach community you’ll find a stunning master planned development with gorgeous $2-5M homes and cottages along and near the beachfront. Tamra is a delightful host.

Condo was just as pictured, updated, clean, & has wonderful views of both the ocean & the adorable Carrillo neighborhood. Condo was quiet, we hardly heard anything which made sleeping so nice! We had plenty of room with two good size bedrooms. The laundry room & half bath was great as well. Tamra was very communicative & checked on us to make sure we got in ok & had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again & again!

We loved our stay at Salty Kisses. Everything was clean and functional. The decor is darling and we loved that both bedrooms were on the same floor. The location of the property was ideal. It wasn’t overly crowded and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo unit was newly updated and beautiful! It’s on the 9th floor giving a great view of the beach from the balcony. The owner was very responsive with communication from the beginning and throughout our stay. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas which we used each day. The condo is filled with everything you need and extremely clean!
The area has easy access to great restaurants and shopping as well as golf courses. We look forward to returning to 30A and will definitely recommend Salty Kisses condo to our friends/family!

I can't say enough things about this property....it was perfect! Everything you could need was provided - towels for the beach, quality beach chairs, beach games, family board games, kitchen utensils, the list goes on and on. The beds were beyond comfortable, and the decor was beautiful in every room. It was the perfect size for our family with 3 kids. The view from the balcony was perfect and we found ourselves sitting out there multiple times a day. We had some stormy weather and staying in the condo was still enjoyable! Beach access was super convenient and easy with younger kids. The area surrounding the property was the perfect location and easy to get to grocery store and restaurants. My family did NOT want to leave on checkout day!! Tamra was so communicative and kept us updated prior to check in and throughout our stay. She was so helpful and told us everything we needed to know. We made some wonderful memories here and will 100% be booking here again!

We’ve stayed at Pinnacle 2x a year for well over a decade. This condo was by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at! From the window sills to the vents to the grout, everything was clean!!! Top to bottom renovated and very well decorated! The beds, linens, pillows, everything was top notch! They provide beach chairs, beach towels, tons of games, umbrellas, pack your clothes, it’s really all you need! I truly can’t say enough good things about this condo. I’ve never left a review only because I never want to leave any negative feedback for Pinnacle. This condo and owner were well worth leaving a review for. I honestly could not find a single negative with this condo!

Can't say enough good things about our stay here!!! We were looking for a place with easy beach access and views of the beach. This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was well decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with the basics that you would need (ie. spices, towels, beach chairs, etc.) It made our trip much easier!
Tamra did a great job with communication leading up to and during our stay. If you're looking for easy access to this private beach, I would recommend staying here!

This is a beach front gem that exceeded our expectations. The elegantly furnished condo comfortably accommodated our family of six. The hosts spared no expense in providing all the amenities needed for a perfect beach vacation. From Tommy Bahama beach chairs to Turkish towels and beach games, every detail was carefully considered. The location is ideal as the balcony directly overlooks the beach and you are mere steps from the ocean!
The condo was thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedrooms that provided privacy. We all commented on how well we slept each night. The balcony in the master bedroom offers morning views of the sunrise from the east side of the beach and Lake Powell. The master bath has new high-end fixtures, including a walk-in shower with a frameless door. Our kids loved the guest room with bunk beds and a huge panoramic window.
The proximity to grocery stores was ideal when choosing to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was within reach, allowing us to fully unwind and make the most of our vacation. We dined out at Bayou Bills and made morning trip to The Donut Hole for breakfast, both less than five minutes away.
This condo is true perfection on Carillon Beach in PCB. From the elegant beach-style decor to the thoughtfully provided beach essentials, everything was exceptional. Tamra was extremely helpful and gracious, making check-in a breeze. We will be back to stay here again!

This beautiful 2 story unit features two bedrooms each with their own bathroom located on the upper level and the family room, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 half bath located on the lower level. This condo is perfect for a private beach getaway with family or friends that sleeps 6 people comfortably. We make sure to provide you with high quality linens that we use in our own home.
As you step inside, you'll be amazed by the gorgeous property that has been fully remodeled in 2023 with high-end finishes, new appliances and new furnishings throughout with brand new 55inch Smart ROKU TV located in the family room.
Enjoy the stunning views of the gulf from both balconies, which offer space for dining and relaxation. The west-facing location is perfect for capturing the stunning sunsets over the emerald water.
Our tower has 3 elevators that make your trip down to the pool or beach more enjoyable without the long wait.
Take a short walk or bike ride to the downtown Carillon area where you'll find dining and shopping options. During the Summer months 1 Beach set-up is included with your stay. The beach service will provide you 2 front-row seats and an umbrella every day during your stay with us. We also have a stocked beach closet with 5 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, plenty of toys and games and 6 turkish beach towels to use on your vacation. The less you have to pack the better. We will also have access to Lake Powell complete with a dock and boat slips during your stay with us. The Kayak and canoe rentals are located at Saint Helen State Park just across the bridge close to Pinnacle Port. You and your family will have plenty to do if you so choose. Carillon offers free concerts throughout the week as well as Sunday Church service in the Chapel. Salty Kisses will be somewhere you'll want to come back to year after year.
