Needs updated!! Sliding door was broke and injured my son when he tried to close it and the response was they are getting new ones this year.. Broken toilet paper holders and towels holders. Not enough towels, sheets or blankets. I don't normally complain but I ask for more towels and nothing was done??

My family has stayed at this condo several times. My Grandkids absolutely love it because they can walk to race track,shops and so much more. The room is always clean and the view is breathtaking. My family only wants to stay in this condo.. Bob Cabe..the owner of this beautiful condo…is amazing to work with. This condo has everything you will want and more. We have tried a few other condos but quickly realized 1515 is the only place to stay!!! Thank you Bob for everything!!!!!

We loved the place lots of room the Staff at the summit were great. Bob, the owner was very easy to deal with. The pool area was great beach access was easy, would stay here again. I do not understand the other reviews, the place was as we expected, now some of the pictures were of anothe condo bob has but again the place was great. Served our needs very well.
