Our stay was amazing with Nanci! The only complaint I had (which is a grain of salt to our stay) is there were dirty pot holders. However, our stay was 5 star! We were able to get in early to our room, everything was easily accessible, Nanci was extremely responsive and timely with said responses, plenty of space and utensils. I was able to see another condo in GP to which Nanci’s condo was immaculate in comparison. We will be back! Planning our next stay in 2025!

We loved our stay here. This is our 13th summer staying at Grand Panama, and we had another great visit! Nanci was always very nice and very responsive.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for my needs. I spent some of the time here alone and I felt very safe. There was a lot to do very close to this location. Janice was a great host and was very responsive and communicated in a very timely fashion. I can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for Ironman 70.3. We were essentially at the finish line. Great beds. Amazing views, and Janice was super accommodating and responsive! I’d stay again!

The unit was clean, well stocked with regards to beach gear and some board games. However, it was poorly stocked with regards to toiletries and kitchen consumables like dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. Some of the communication came off as terse or inconsiderate as if expecting more than one toilet paper roll for a 3-night stay was unreasonable. The location was good, close to the beach with a walkway over the street to access the beach side. Plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Overall, the stay was good but not great.

Snowbirds Welcome - Panama City Beach Condo
The space
1135 square feet of living space. The living room has a queen sleeper, 2 chairs, and 50" smart tv. It opens to the 21' balcony and a spectacular view of the cityscape, beach and gulf. The master bedroom also opens to the georgeous view from the balcony. The bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower, separate bath tub, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom opens to the second bath with shower/tub combination. There are twin bunks in the hallway alcove located across from the second bath. The dining room has a table with four chairs and a bar that seats 4. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. There is a fitness center on first floor of Tower 2. where the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, and grills are also located.
Guest access
Guests will register online for parking passes and wrist bands at a cost of $55.00. Upon arrival, guests should stop by the front desk to pick up their parking passes and wrist bands, and may access the condo via their own code for the door lock.
Other things to note
Guests must be at least 25 to reserve condo, and person reserving must be staying in condo
Guests are not allowed to have guests on property unless approved by owner and registered with the front desk.
No smoking on the condo or on balcony
Children under 12 must be accompanied by adult when on balcony
Quiet time on property is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
No jumping in elevator, as it will shut down and occupants in elevator will be stuck until help arrives. This will result in a fine up to $1,000
Vehicles without a parking pass are subject to towing.
