Pet Friendly 2 Bed Beach Front , Panama City Beach, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

The view was outstanding, right on the ocean. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The king bed was so comfortable. Everything you would need is close by. We immensely enjoyed our stay.

Thie condo was great We loved our stay and would recommend this for a great pet Friendly condo. Nicely furnished and has everything you need. The owners were very easy to deal with. Love the security gate felt very safe. Loved it

Planned a Fall Break/Birthday Celebration trip for our family and we stayed in a super nice Condo! The owner was easy to communicate with and completing the travel details was a breeze. The Condo is located in Building A on the seventh (top) floor with a fantastic view of the gulf. The amenities in the condo were very nice...freshly updated; you will not want for anything. The appliances were new and the washer and dryer were awesome to have in the condo. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bathrooms were so very nice....especially the showers. The building has 2 elevators and plenty of shopping and luggage carts to transport your goodies from the convenient parking area. If you love PCB, this is a must stay for your next trip..... Thanks James and Rhonda, we will be back again!!!

First of all we stayed in this condo for two weeks. The longest we have stayed anywhere. We have no complaints! This is a well appointed updated unit. It was very comfy and cozy. There were little extras we weren't expecting. Everything was fresh and very clean! The beds were comfy which is always important. This is a perfect place to watch the sunrise in the morning from the balcony being that this unit is on the end of the top floor. You have a prefect view of the gulf as well. Thank you James and Rhonda for your hospitality. We hope to stay there again!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautifully decorated condo. And most of all, thank you for letting us bring our furbaby. The views were amazing, beds were comfortable no long waits for elevator. I believe we found our new vacation get away. We will definitely be back. Thank you you for being amazing hosts.

I have been staying at the Dunes for 30+ years. This condo is immaculate. Very clean and up to date. The pictures online do not do the condo justice. I loved having a starter kit with paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and detergents so I did not have to immediately run to the store to purchase. The beds were very comfortable, and this was the best sleep I have gotten in a long time! Very quiet, with sensational views. Thank you for being pet friendly!

First time to PCB on a vacation to celebrate our anniversary (& 35th honeymoon!), so we really didn't know the area or where to stay. Found your condo on-line and was attracted by the pictures of the unit layout and views and seemed like a good location to try out. Communication with you was fast. Really appreciated the thorough and easy to understand instructions & expectations you sent prior to arrival. It was clear you care about your place and your visitors - check-in was smooth, easy, and as described. Loved keyless entry. Not only that, we were thrilled to find out that the posted pictures matched reality! Your condo was inviting, very clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, quiet, and the views were just amazing! It instantly became home away from home (just wish we had the same views at home)! We enjoyed the morning sunrise along with breakfast on the back deck everyday - talking, reading, watching the morning pool & beach activities, and soaking in the sights and sounds of the surf! It was my happy place all week. Master bedroom, bathroom, and views were just amazing - bed was comfy too. Kitchen was great to cook in and had everything needed, including spices not expected, and my wife had her morning Keurig coffee each day - happy, happy, happy! Don't know if TV's or internet worked - didn't use them all week - we were unplugged! After a week of exploring around the area, came to the conclusion that the location of the Dunes within PCB was just about perfect - plenty of nearby amenities, quiet, and less traffic. Great condo (& hosts), great location, great views, great weather (& full moon included), we feel like we hit a gland slam plus had a FANTASTIC vacation!!! Can't wait to come back and thanks for sharing!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes if Panama.Being past owners there for many years, it is our go to for the beach.Great property to walk dogs, lots of room to spread out, never feels crowded.The condo was very clean and had everything you could need.Kitchen especially was well thought out, had plenty of plates glasses, cups etc, and even a spice rack.Bathrooms had plenty of towels etc. Which is a plus.Very quiet, being on the top floor and at the end of walkway a plus. Thanks James for a great stay. Look forward to returning soon.

This was our first trip to Panama City Beach in over a decade. We usually go to the next county so our dogs could be with us on the beach ($500 fine if you take your dog on the beach here) but I realized our dogs really don’t care since we can’t let them run off leash at any beach so we decided to focus on what was important to us, and this place checked off the boxes. It was a beautifully decorated condo, up to date kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable bed in the master bedroom (didn’t use the second bedroom, but I am sure they were fine too). We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze. The condo was clean and stocked with starter supplies. We appreciated the easy keyless entry so you don’t have to keep up with a key while on the beach or at the pools. This unit is on the end so we didn’t have people walking by the condo which was great for us since we had our two dogs with us. I was concerned about the spacing of the railing because one of our dogs is only 7 lbs. We had bought protective netting to use there, but did not need it because it was fine, and we kept her on leash even though it appeared safe. (Adding a picture because I think dog owners might like seeing this. We also brought covers for the furniture to avoid leaving pet fur behind, so I don’t have pictures to share of the inside, but the pictures that the owner has posted are accurate of how pretty it is) I had great communication with the owner, he was always quick to respond to my questions. We would be happy to visit here again.

This condo is beautiful - I appreciated the newly-renovated master and guest bathrooms. The location is ideal, as it is oceanfront and close to all the restaurants. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and promptly addresses all of my questions and is very pleasant to work with. The parking is safe and there are always spots available. We did bring our Golden Retriever and the unit was able to house him comfortably. The beaches, even during Spring Break, were safe and well-kept. Overall a very clean, nice, and relaxing vacation! I enjoyed having my family with me during my stay. There are a lot of things to do in PCB, and this condo is right in the center of it all without being in the "hotel zone" away from the lagoon side. I was able to enjoy all the favorite spots without the hassle of Spring Break traffic.

We have been coming to Panama City beach for several years and this has been the best place we’ve stayed in by far. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated and the rest of the house has a soothing beach decor that makes it a joy to be here. It is situated right on the beach and the views are amazing.

First, the hosts were amazing and available with answers to any questions. I cannot express how thankful we are that we found them. The condo was wonderful, peaceful, and quiet. We were very thankful to be on the end and on the top level. We took advantage of the stairs many times, so we could treat ourselves a little more. Overall, the condo was clean and tidy. You could see the thought put into decorating it, great job. (Women will appreciate that more lol) The location was certainly ideal. Many of the places we enjoyed were all nearby, which is nice after a long travel to get there. It was a little chilly upon arrival in October (a little fall cool front came through), but the heated pool was warmer than expected. It was also well maintained and didn’t burn our eyes! It warmed up nicely a couple of days later and we went in the ocean many times and didn’t freeze. We are already planning our stay for next year and God willing, many more after that!

This place is better then I could have imagined! I’m so thankful someone mentioned it being on the top level all the way at the end away from the elevator. You don’t hear anyone or any foot traffic ! Which is amazing and a dream for anyone who is a light sleeper ! The AC works great in the condo even with the huge windows ! The sunrise is beyond stunning ! Woke up every morning just to see it rise @ the foot of the king bed (out of the sliding glass doors in the master) the sunsets are gorgeous too . Beach, pool , everything is clean and cozy . We had an amazing time felt very at home ! Beyond pleased . Also super thankful for the housekeeping who did an amazing job at keeping the place tidy ! Thank you SOOOO much to everyone who makes this unit run so smoothly and beautifully! We will HAVE to come back ! Ps- on our last night we snuck our fur baby out in the beach for our last sunset and a couple families came to greet her (nobody was a meany about us sneaking her out for the last night hehe) . With that being said the dogs are not allowed on the beach for miles up and down these coast, but the dog beach is only 15mins away ! Just incase anyone was wondering why it says no dogs on the beach almost everywhere up and down the strip !

This was a Great Place to stay! It was like being at Home on the Beach! The Host was Very Nice and Accommodating. We Would Def recommend staying here. We plan on staying Again next year.

We had a great vacation here. Stunning views from balcony which is accessible from the living room and large master bedroom. Spare bedroom is also roomy and comfortable. Unit was stocked with all we needed to get started. It was a Short walk to the beach and the pools and we enjoyed both. We will definitely rent again, everything was easy and we had no issues with anything.

Very convenient to everything.  Easy check in and had starter supplies on hand such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. The location of the condo on the property was perfect. It was on the top floor at the far end of the building. There was no noise or foot traffic. There were no adjacent balconies, so the privacy was nice. The elevators were always available and fast. Great condo layout. Great experience. Thank you.

The view was fabulous, see beach rising in the morning from bed. And same great view in the living Room. Access to balcony from bedroom and living room. The beach was so close steps away from the sand. And the pools as well. Sand was so white and soft and water was so warm. Very enjoyable stay.

Let me just start by saying jaw dropping beautiful!!!! Literally only a few steps from the ocean! Everything was amazing, the checking process was super easy. James our host was so awesome! He was in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Even my teenagers son was super happy that he could bring his Xbox and play while looking at the beautiful ocean!! WiFi was strong and enhanced our stay! Condo is close to shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. Even though we were there during spring break it was quiet and peaceful! Even my little dog enjoyed our stay. They have everything you need so just book and show up!!!! WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN. VACATION WAS PERFECT 🤩!
