First of all the location is a perfect walking distance to the beach & absolutely a beautiful view. We were there for Navy graduation so it was 45 minutes to Pensacola & 45 minutes to Destin. We had a visited the Navarre Turtle conservation! Each room had plenty of beds for many guests and enough space to not feel crowded. I love that there were more than 3 bathrooms for guests! My father n law is disabled & the elevator came in handy especially because of the 3 floors. We stayed with one infant and two toddlers and never felt danger with the stairs as they were not steep. The kitchen and table fit everyone & they had enough utensils and plates and pans for our needs.
Cons:
Upon arrival we noticed a big trash can in garage with trash from fans, wagon had trash from previous users. There were broken beach chairs & bikes were rusted and flat. The trash can drawer was broken and not enough towels per guests. Personally even with the minor issues I’d stay here again!

This place held my family. It provide us with so many family memories, laughs, bonding moments, and just pure joy. The easy walk to the beach. The cold tub that all the kids referred to was great for the afternoon beach breaks. Altogether was this was a dream place for our family.

A beautiful home, minutes walk to the beach. Got everything for our stay bikes, beach umbrella, beach chairs, toys and game room for our kids. Will be back next time.

We stayed at Navarre Beach for a week. We had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size and it had everything that we needed. Great home for a large group with kids with plenty of space, beds and activities. Very easy to walk to the beach with beach equipment readily available. Kitchen and bathrooms with great amenities! Would highly recommend this home for larger groups who want to stay near the beach!

- This 3-story home has an exterior staircase to enter. Step-free entry via the elevator is available only for special circumstances upon request
- The private elevators are wheelchair accessible and operate from the garage to the 3rd floor. They are sensitive and will not function unless both the interior and exterior doors are fully closed. If misuse is detected, the elevator will pause for 30 seconds. Guests with mobility needs or those transporting luggage may use the elevators, and children must be accompanied by an adult
- A golf cart may be available (shared with the nearby listing). Please reach out in advance if you would like to reserve it. A waiver may be required prior to use
- There is an optional swim spa/pool heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
