July 7-11, 2024. We had a wonderful 4 days here. The home was clean. Great view of the bay, 2-3 minute drive to a beach access, not crowded, beautiful view. There is absolutely nothing negative about this vacation rental, very affordable.

We stayed here in the summers of 2021 and 2022. The layout offered ample room for 4 adults and one child. The unit was VERY clean each time we stayed. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for meal prep, fridge was immaculately clean, and the washer and dryer were updated and worked well. The bathrooms were spotless, grout was clean, shower drained well. The double shower heads were a nice upgrade. Carpet in bedrooms looked/smelled great. Bedding in all rooms were fresh with no staining, and the high-end mattresses were the most comfortable we've ever slept on. No issues with WI-FI all week. We loved the new picnic tables on the front to sort seashell finds. We also appreciated how all the bedrooms were on one floor and minimum stairs only to enter the house (helped with a disabled parent). We used to stay Gulfside every year, but we really enjoyed the unobstructed sunset views over the sound each night and how quiet the street is in front of the house. We rented a golf cart and drove it to the access point every day. We wish the unit was open more in the fall, but this place is worth every cent during the summer months. My 10-year-old's only request: small DVD player in the living room. We appreciated the access to streaming, but some movies he wanted to watch weren't available. HIGHLY recommend!

What a great beach house! The layout worked well for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. We all enjoyed the large living/dining/kitchen space. Wrap around decks have beautiful views with plenty of seating. Easy beach access across the street, or a drive up beach access about 5 houses down. Mermaid Mansions were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Loved our stay on Navarre at this lovely home!

This Custom Built, Open Floor plan, Fully Furnished, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home has beautiful water views of the Inter-Coastal Waterway from the covered front porch and Gulf Views from the open back deck. The Master suite offers a King size bed with private walk-in shower, flat screen t.v., and access to the rear deck. The 2nd bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen t.v. and access to the rear deck. This bedroom shares a full bathroom off the family room. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen size bed, flat screen t.v. & views of the sound. As you enter the main door , this house has an open concept kitchen and family room with 9 foot ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless appliances, wood cabinets, & granite countertops. The family room is spacious and offers a large sofa and recliner which provides plenty of seating for the entire family. You will not have any trouble viewing the large flat screen t.v. centrally located in the living room from any location. The dining area (seating for 6) is located between the kitchen and family room . The deck wraps around all 4 sides of the house. The front deck has beautiful views of the pines near the sound. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a cookout while relaxing on the spacious deck. Bring your pup along with you as they will have their own private fenced in yard to play in! This home is located next door to Crystal Blue Persausion if your family needs multiple houses together!
- Cable TV is not provided at this property but living room and each bedroom has a Roku smart tv with a Hulu subscription.
- There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the property. No exceptions. Remember this is someones personal home, sand stays outside. There is no need for there to be excessive sand in the house. Please make sure you are being respectful of this property and if you bring a pet pick up after them. No pets allowed on furniture or bedding. If excessive violations of this occur, additional cleaning/damage fees will be charged.
