Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

This home is beautiful! Location is great! Short walk to the pool or sound and a short golf cart ride to the beach. Home is very well stocked with games, appliances, cleaning products, beach towels/bags, beach chairs, water toys, etc... the only thing you need to bring is extra toilet paper! Homeowner is available via text to answer any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here!! The hosts were super friendly and informative. They were always available to us and made us feel like family. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect! This house has everything you need. Our kids range 1-18yrs and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Stocked kitchen, games, comfy beds and the no sand beach towels are perfect!! We were even able to do our laundry before heading out. The location is great as well. Steps to the sound, and a short golf cart ride over to the beach. We loved spending our nights in the hot tub, since the weather was a bit cooler during our stay. And coffee on the back porch in the warm sun was so relaxing! This is a beautiful home and the decor was so nice as well. They did a wonderful job decorating! Thank you for having these accommodations available to us. We are so grateful we found this place!! We wished we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to visit again!! Our first visit and our whole family fell in love with Navarre!

It happens to everyone! One stay on Navarre Beach and it becomes "the" dream vacation spot! That's what happen to us 15 years ago. One vacation on Navarre Beach and we knew we had to make it our home. :) We love sharing our home with sweet families and helping them create memories that will last a lifetime. Communication with owner was amazing! House is breathe taking with beautiful views. All the extra amenities kayaks,paddle boards, fishing poles, beach chairs, etc. are like brand new and well taken care of. It is truly your home away from home! We hope to stay again in the future!!

This home has everything you need to have an amazing time. The attention to detail in the home decor is beautiful and inviting. The beds were dreamy, amazing showers, the kitchen was so fun to cook in, the hot tub was wonderful, and the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and water. Everything in the listing is accurate and even better in person! I have rented homes up and down the coast of Florida for over 20 years, and this rental was by far the most enjoyable and beautiful. Jeannine was such a wonderful host, she was responsive and very helpful. I cant wait to come back for another visit!

We spend every Thanksgiving at Navarre Beach. Our house that we had booked had water damage and was cancelled 2 weeks prior to our planned trip. We were so thankful that we were able to stay at this property. It is in the canal and walking distance to the pier. The home was beautiful. Lots of toys for the kids, kayaks and paddle boards. The back yard patio area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was new, beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, spacious, fully equipted kitchen, game cabinet, garage with kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, steps away from the bay & pool, minutes away from the ocean. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful.

Better Than Beachfront! I didn't think I would go on a vacation to the beach without staying directly on the beach. I have completely changed my mind! You still get a gorgeous view of the water on the sound but you get so much more. Our typical vactions have usually like this. Sleep late, get up, go to the beach, go back to the condo, where everyon under 35 get out their devices and then we have dinner and back to the devices. This won't happen here. When you come in from the beach, there is still so much to occupy and enhance your vacaiton. You can kayak, paddle board, fish and swim right outside your porch. Indoors you can play foosball or games or just sit around and talk in your relaxed private setting. The kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and so much more are provided by the owners. No more dragging all of that along. No more boredom when you get back to your condo. Everyone can have a good time all day and evening. You can also rent the gof cart and drive around the island, visit the incredible pier where we saw sea turtles, dolphins and sting rays. Drive a little west and visit the prestine National Seashore or just hang around in this beautiful home. This home is so clean, welcoming and beautifully furnished. There is an outside shower, a lower and upper patio, beautiful views from every window and so much fun to be had. This is THE place to stay
