Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Our experience was awesome! Awesome balcony great beach view and so spacious! All amenities were accommodating and useful. This condo is a great get away home. All of the mirrors were perfect for us ladies!

The stay at the Tides was very relaxing. The beach and pool area was not as crowded compared to other resorts we have stayed at in Destin. Price was very reasonable. My only compliant, the floors in the unit was not clean. You could tell housekeeping spot mopped the floors.
We are so glad ya'll had a great time! Tops'l Resort is a special gem bordering the Nature Preserve on the East side so we tend to see less crowds there since there aren't buildings packed in on every side. We are so sorry that the floors didn't meet your standards, and it's definitely something we take very seriously. We have a service order made to ensure they are sparkling clean for the next guest -- always let us know if anything is bothering you so we can address it immediately. We hold ourselves to a high standard and don't want a single guest disappointed! Make sure to book direct with us again next year to receive your return guest discount!

Had a great time. Condo was really nice. Spare bedroom bed was not the greatest and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. Pullout sofa was rather dirty. But overall, had a great time and would def stay again.

Very nice accommodations. The trip was hampered slightly by the tropical storm. But that being said, it was still a good four days. We have reservations to return in Sept 2018.

Overall good. Nice location, away from the crazy busy part of Destin. Great beach and pool and liked having tennis courts, basketball, and shuffleboard right outside our door. Guest bed was very squeeky, kids did not sleep great. Master bath is in need of towel racks and would prefer a regular shutting door in the bath instead of a slider - very loud at night

This rental was very clean, well kept and comfortably laid out for our family of 5 with a 13 year old daughter and 10 and 7 year old boys. The huge balcony with the gulf front view was amazing!

We really enjoyed our visit to Sandestin, and Tides 1511 was very nice. If we were to come again, we would prefer to stay on a lower level and more toward the front of the building, as the patio was very cool until mid-afternoon when the sun came around to our side of the building. The view, however, from our level was fantastic!

We loved the condo! African safari theme and all! Beds were comfy, furniture was nice/ new and comfy. The accommodations were perfect! stunning view from front and back doors... be careful of the wind when the back door is open. Almost chopped off my daughters finger! (front door slams shut with the wind). Had one issue with TV and they were there to help in minutes.
