Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

I loved renting through Gibson. They were very easy to work with and getting in the unit was a breeze. It was a little walk to the beach, but with a wagon to help haul our stuff it was manageable.
