Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

This was one best rental experience ever, the internet was not working and they came out promptly on Sunday fixed it. The condo was very clean, from top to bottom. Then lastly my oldest forgot his remote to his TV (because he brought his own, not that he needed to but he did) and they found it and UPS called me and i had it shipped home.. THANK YOU ALL

Very good, the condo was very spacious and clean. We liked that the Summit was in a gated community, which provided added security. The only downside was the Summit building was off the beach a little ways which made getting to the beach a little harder. Tops'l provides a shuttle service so we took advantage of that from time to time. We spent a good amount of time at the beach and pool side. The pool amenities and staff were great for the most part. We got some food and drinks from the Blue Dunes Grille, which was good, but I did wait an extended amount for service one day. The staff had a DJ and several kids activities planned which provided entertainment.
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and Summit 513! Hopefully all the 'extras' made up for the short ride to the beach. We would be more than happy to help you find a unit directly on the beach next time you visit!

We had an amazing stay!!! Despite the hit or miss weather, and rough waters, it was fun! Condo is beautiful, very well stocked with all you will need. We used the BBQ grills just next to the pool a lot. Gibson was super easy to work with, when we had an issue with the tv, they came quickly to remedy the problem. Unit was very clean, and ready on time for us. Beach is a very short 8-10 minute walk. Should you have a lot of items to bring to the beach, the tram service is very quick and convenient. Master bedroom bed is very very soft, which was ok for me, but my hubby has a bad back, and would have done better with more firmness. Overall, more than pleased with our stay, would definitely return!

We drove almost 20 hours to get to the property, it was worth it!! We loved the place and had a great time. Location was excellent, well maintained. Proximity to the beach was great, easy walk. Met so many nice people while grilling, in the hot tub etc. Would love to return.
