Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

This is our second time using Gibson Beach Rentals and they are great to work with. Always friendly and helpful. Beach Anor 709 takes your breathe away as soon as you open the door. The view is amazing. The decor is beautiful and updated. I would definitely recommend Gibson Beach Rental and this unit to others.

The unit has a wonderful view with a great porch to sit on at night. It’s a bit dated on the inside, and the master bed is a sleep number bed, which is either a positive or a negative depending on your preference. Easy access to the beach, which was not too crowded. Great pool and everything is family friendly. Rental company was readily available and accommodating. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the unit and the balcony. The picture windows gave us such a beautiful view of the ocean! All 6 of us would sit on the "veranda" and enjoy the beach sounds. (a squeeze but we all fit) The walk to the beach is a little long and there are steep stairs to access. For elderly folks, that is not so convenient. The only thing we didn't like: TOPSOL management does not allow any cash transactions (tiki bar, food, renting chairs on the beach, ice..etc) which was disappointing. You had to use an unit card(???) or credit card.
Emma, thanks a bunch for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed the accommodations and were excited the weather was just right for ya'll. The Resort has always restricted payment to credit/debit cards, but we aren't real clear why either. It seems so odd since most people prefer cash. Regardless, we hope ya'll had a good experience and can come back next year (maybe with a prepped card on hand). Take care and see ya'll next year!

Our family of four spent four really relaxing days in Beach Manor 709. Great location above the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and easy to feel right at home. Our two teenage boys especially loved the basketball court on the property and played every day for hours with new friends they met down there.
