Lovely condo, great weather, beautiful beaches, and very nice resort. Really like working with the Gibson Rental company, especially their very useful app. Will definitely use Gibson Rentals again. Liked the condo, but may try SanDestin resort next time, since they have a little more to offer. But Tops'l was very nice too.

There are several excellent things I can say about Beach Manor 1005. The description of the condo is accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. We loved the size, especially the living room and the view was incredible. The beach area was beautiful and we loved each day on the sand. There are many good restaurants and activities in the area. The condo was clean when we arrived. Tops'l is a great resort area. Only thing I would improve on is the mattress in master bedroom. It needs to be replaced. It does not afford you a good sleeping experience. You sleep in dips on both sides.
Gibson Beach Rentals was great to work with. They keep you informed of items you need to know with their app. Check in was fast and easy. I would very much like to rent this unit again I would just hope that the mattress issue would be corrected by then.
Oh no! We are terribly sorry to hear this! Please accept our apologies. We certainly understand your wanting a restful nights' sleep on vacation. We have had no complaints about the mattress thus far but are happy to share your thoughts with the owner. A mattress is the hardest thing to get everyone to agree on; everyone's opinions are so different. Next time, please allow us to help you pick a unit more suited to your needs for your next trip. We have many to choose from and would be happy to do so. We hope, in spite of the inconvenience, you all were able to enjoy your vacation.

We have stayed in other Beach Manor units in the past, but enjoyed this one more. The view was outstanding. I just hope that they don't let the nature preserve get developed any more. We did struggle with getting the fan working in the kids room with that different switch, but figured it out. God willing we will be back, and hope this unit is available.

We stayed for 10 or so days in early May. The weather was superb as was 1005 Beach Manor. No complaints at all. We highly recommend Gibson Realty.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. The building is in the best location in the private resort if you want easy beach access and away from the large crowds. Go to the beach and turn left and you walk past a few large homes and then hit the state park with undeveloped beach. Go right and you wade through the crowd of people from the nearby condos and hotels. Best of both worlds. The condo building itself is well-maintained, pool is nice and maintenance staff were very polite and friendly to guests. We could here footsteps above our bedroom, but no voices and it did not negatively impact our stay. The balcony is small, but the view is absolutely beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella provided with the condo are a good addition, we used them.

The view was absolutely gorgeous!! The house was clean and beautifully decorated, cozy and comfy!! Just a few steps to the beach. If we go back, we will definitely book the same place!!

The rental was very nice. We were very impressed with the condo. The location was very close to the beach. My daughter & her boyfriend had a condo rental up the road from us and when she came she was upset that they didn't get the little goodies that Gibson Beach rentals left. We did not access or use the free activities that was included in our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental company to our family & friends. We had a wonderful time.

Got a call before we even got to the property saying we would be able to get into the room by 12:00 which was wonderful, once we arrived at the property we did not have to check in everything was already done and we had our pass code for the room. Once we got in the room it was beautiful had a great view of the ocean from the large side windows. We was so well pleased with everything. We saw several deer driving in and out of the property each day and it was so quite and peaceful the beach was very secluded on our side which we also loved. We had a wonderful stay & everything was so close we did not have to go very far to get to most of the places we normally visit. Most definitely would recommend to anyone. We loved it.

We booked our stay last minute because of an hurricane that was going to hit our original rental on the atlantic side. The process was really easy and Gibson made sure everything was taken care of in such a short period of time. The grounds are maintained very well and our particular rental in the Beach Manor building was amazing. We couldn't get over how great the view was. We WILL be staying here again the next time we travel to Destin, FL. I would highly recommend this rental!
