Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

This unit is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures! The sofa is now a sectional which still leaves plenty of seating space. The rooms are spacious, yet cozy. The views from the master and mini master are amazing. My favorite part was drinking coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up, listening to the waves crash. The unit has all the basic things you would need as far as dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. I loved the 3 full sized bathrooms. We went with 2 other couples so that was a must for us. We really enjoyed the location of this unit on the tops’l beach manor building as well. The grill by the pool has some amazing food & the staff is so nice! Really enjoyed the available beach service as well. This was my first stay at Tops’l but I will for sure stay here again in the future!
Hi Christina, Thanks for the amazing review you left about your trip with us. Our owners keep the condos cozy with lots of seating for all the families that come and stay with us. It is important to be comfortable when staying out of the home. We always keep our units fully stocked, with backups stored in our warehouse. The tiki bar is a great place to grab a bite to eat. The beach service that is available on the beach really tops off a relaxing vacation, not having the hassle of bringing all your beach equipment back and forth. We can't wait to see you back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. Was stocked with everything we needed including several chairs and an umbrella. The views were incredible from the condo and we really enjoyed having 2 balconies. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great stay at this nice condo. The location is perfect, the condo was clean and fairly well appointed. We did wish the kitchen had been better equipped (small bowls, broiler pan, martini glasses, food storage containers martini shaker - I accidentally left mine in the dishwasher, the lighting in the bathrooms needs LED bulbs because it was very hard to see, especially for putting on makeup (easy fix), and the master bath shower has no shelf to put personal items. All small things that could make it even better.
Terry we wish you would have given us a call/email so we could have helped with these things. We want you to have all you need and to feel 'at home' while here with us. It would have been our please to bring bowls and containers right over. We don't stock martini glasses, however, sorry about that one. We will be sure to connect with Beach Manor maintenance about the lighting in the bathroom, brighter bulbs can be an easy fix. We are also contacting the owner in reference to your suggestion for a master shower shelf also. Thanks for the input, we and the owners take it very seriously. We hope your time here was fantastic and that you'll visit us again in the future!

Three couples have been vacationing in the Destin area for the last several years. This year two of the girls had to have leg surgery on the same day. We spent a wonderful time at the Beach Manor which has a great view while they were recovering. One of the girls even made to the beach a couple of days. The view from our room was spectacular and as always the food was outstanding. There were a couple of items that needed repair and when we reported them someone came to check them out rapidly although the dishwasher was not able to be fixed while we were there.
OH MY! It sounds like ya'll had quite an experience. We are glad to hear the girls are doing well and could enjoy their days at the beach. Aren't our beaches the best??? We are happy to hear ya'll enjoyed the local dining, too - the fresh seafood is unbeatable! We apologize you had any issues at all during your stay but truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We have been working with the Owner and building maintenance and are replacing the dishwasher as a whole since the part we bought to replace it didn't seem to do the trick. Everything will be back to normal asap! Thanks again for your review and you guys come back to see us please!

Beach manor was great! The only thing they need to add is an ice machine. Having an ice machine makes it very convenient when you are trying to ice down drinks to take to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and would more than likely stay there again. Also the beach was great! Not too crowded! Thanks.

This condo is the perfect rental with the right amount of space and location to so many shops, dining, events, etc. We hope the Beach Manor adds an ice machine in the years to come as well but for now, they have a few other building-wide projects they are considering that must be addressed soon. This was our first time staying at the Tops’l resort property and it did not disappoint! Our condo was as pictured, roomy, and comfortable. WiFi was excellent and we utilized the Be My Shopper grocery service which worked out fabulously. We loved the pool, beach view, easy access to beach, chair and umbrella rental access and close proximities to great restaurants and golfing! I have already recommended this to friends and we will definitely return!

We had the best experience from booking to checkout. The property exceeded our expectations. It was fabulous. The free activities each day were just that, free! No hassles booking and no strings attached. I would also recommended ordering groceries online from Publix for free delivery. That made our vacation so easy and it was wonderful to check in and have our food delivered right away. We will be back and would book this unit again.

We loved the condo and had a great stay. The view is amazing, so close to the water. We especially liked the extra balcony off the master bedroom. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival which were resolved promptly by the management company. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit at Topsl Beach Manor. We did an extended weekend with friends (4 adults, 3 toddlers) and the condo met all of our needs.
The ease of access to the beach, pools, and other amenities made for a great vacation for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach every day and the sunset views from the balconies in the condo were nothing short of amazing.
If our travels take us back to the Destin/Miramar area, we will definitely consider this unit again!
