Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

One of the best vacations we have had as a family of 4. The condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the ease of parking and proximity for unloading and loading the car. Very easy walk down to the pool and beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and the many windows. Comfortable and roomy inside. All amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms for a week away from home. Gibson rentals was extremely thorough and easy to work with.

We have stayed many times at the Tides, but this was our first stay at Beach Manor. We were well pleased. The unit was clean and updated, and the parking garage was extremely convenient. We love Tops'l because it is close to restaurants, golf, and shopping. We especially like the amenities, especially the golf, and that is a major reason that we use Gibson Rentals.

Really enjoyed the condo but there were renovations going on in a condo above us for 2 days. Reported the noise to the rental company but were told there was nothing they could do. Kept my 8 month old baby from napping. Was going to book another unit with your company if this was handled but it wasnt so going to book somewhere else next year.
