Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

You won’t be disappointed with this spacious 2,000+ sq. ft. Sandestin townhome—perfect for families or groups. Your stay includes two golf carts—a six-seater and a four-seater—conveniently housed in the private garage for easy resort transportation.

Upstairs, a second master suite with a king bed and private bath offers a serene retreat. A third bedroom with two twin beds and another full bath (shower/tub combo) is ideal for guests or kids.
