We have stayed in Cindy's condo several times on many girls trips and absolutely loved it! This time we had our youngest son and his family (3 grands) and again this place did not dissapoint. The location, beach views, and the perfectly stocked and very clean unit were just amazing! I highly recommend this condo and this location and we are so thankful for Cindy once again allowing us to share her condo!

This Surfside condo 908 was the best we have had. It was clean and had very comfortable beds and living area. We had everything we needed for a weeks worth of fun at the beach. I love how the 2nd bed room was set up and so spacious. The host Cindy was very helpful. We just could not ask for a better place and affordable for our family. We will book this condo again.

Thank you for renting us your beautiful condo. This was our first time staying @ Surfside & we really enjoyed it. First of all, I'd like to say that I highly recommend renting from Cindy. The communication from her was absolutely amazing & appreciated. She quickly answered all my questions prior to check in, kept us updated about check in time/procedure, touched base w/us during our trip & contacted me the next day to let me know that all checked out well. The condo was extremely clean & comfortable! Located not far from the elevator but far enough that no "elevator noise" was heard. View was beautiful & even though the complex is across the street, we could still hear the ocean from our 9th floor balcony. The condo was supplied with everything we needed including dishes, extra towels, sheets, blankets, beach toys, hair dryer, etc. Each room had their own thermostat which was wonderful at night because we had some that preferred to sleep in a warmer environment than others. Although we didn't use them all, there was a TV in each room w/cable & streaming services. Comfortable beds & furniture. What made this rental most perfect for our family was having two full beds in each of the guest bedrooms, a bathtub(s) [so many renovated condos go with showers only but they chose to keep their tubs in two bathrooms] and two sets [that's 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas!!] of beach chair/umbrella rentals. So many more pluses....keyless entry, covered/garage parking, in condo washer/dryer, spacious bedrooms (None of these little bunk rooms that list as a bedroom. These are full sized spacious bedrooms.), plenty of seating in kitchen, living room & balcony, new countertops & flooring, spacious balcony w/a great ocean view, etc. Highly recommend!! The Surfside complex is very pretty, conveniently located & has some great amenities. Elevators were in good working order with minimal wait times. Clean pool & hot tubs both w/ocean views. Private beach entrances. Sand & Sunsets!!

This property was awesome for our family of 10. We loved the view, large balcony and the private balcony off the 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need. The sports deck was a plus for our kids that play basketball & pickleball. We hope to be back again next year.

The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, with plenty of amenities and activities for all ages. The kitchen was perfectly supplied with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and appliances. The condo exceeds expectations. Our family of 11 fit comfortably in the space. We loved our stay and will be coming again.

Our family of 12 loved the renovations — custom luxurious gray shades that matched the newly painted gray walls, the diagonal faux wood flooring throughout, and the modern light fixtures. We enjoyed the high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows that accented the gorgeous ocean view. We will go back!

We found this condo and the premise to be excellent accommodations for our vacation. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The large dining space and kitchen made our in-house dining a smooth operation. The facilities within the condo and on the premise were in excellent order. Main unit & master bedroom open to a 28 FOOT BALCONY. The THIRD BEDROOM opens onto private 14 FOOT BALCONY. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWING.
A huge MASTER BEDROOM with a king-size bed, wall mounted FLAT SCREEN TV large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with large glass-enclosed shower. The SECOND BEDROOM features 2-FULL SIZE beds TV and private full bath. THIRD BEDROOM has OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE FROM HALLWAY with TWO QUEEN SIZE beds, FLAT SCREEN TV, large closet, PRIVATE BALCONY.
