Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Condo is conveniently located near the elevators.
Balcony is nice and condo is spacious.
The stackable washer and dryer unit inside of the condo is also convenient.
There is also adequate parking for the condo.
There is also an ice machine downstairs that is available, free of charge, so there is no need to run to the store each morning for ice.
The condo is excellent if you are looking for a low maintenance beach vacation!
We really enjoyed having ya'll in town this summer for your beach vacation! We are so glad your family had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the fabulous amenities the building and resort has to offer. 2.5 day getaway before total knee surgery. Unit was clean, comfortable and even though it is on the 19th floor, the wait for the elevator was not long at all and the view made it totally worth it.
A birds-eye-view of the Gulf doesn't disappoint! We're so excited you had such a great time & enjoyed the condo. Best of luck with the surgery and recovery. We hope to have you join us again once you're well again.

Overall clean and comfortable. Great view!!! Showers didn't drain well. No salt and pepper for the kitchen. No hot tub on grounds.

What a beautiful place to stay for a week-long getaway with the family!
The ocean-view condo was perfect! We enjoyed golfing daily, quick access to the beach and upscale shopping less than a mile away.
