Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

We had a great stay here at beachside 1, the room was very nice and the view was amazing! The beach was very clean and beautiful. The only thing we weren’t happy with was how crowded the beach was. We could see people from other condos walking down to sit in front of ours which left very little room for us to go sit and enjoy the beach in front of our condo.
Oh no! That's highly unusual Shelly! The association has rules in place that only Beachside I guests can occupy the space in front of that building. This is why guests are required to wear the wristbands. We would have been happy to advocate to the association in your defense. Please always let us know if we can help in any way, that's what we're here for. Thankfully, in spite of this, y'all had a great time and enjoyed your stay. We hope to have you return again, be sure to mention our repeat guest discount if you do!

The rental was just as described. I rented this unit mainly for the view and I was not disappointed. Beyond that the rental was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the extensive detailed instructions from check in to check out. Our stay could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable. Would definitely rent this unit again and would recommend any of our friends.

We loved the condo, especially the view of the gulf. The patio and terrace were extra nice. The use of mirrors throughout really opened everything up. Two comments: the kitchen could be better equipped with cooking pots. There was no soup/spaghetti sized pot and the skillets were very old. The carpeting in both bedrooms is very dirty and stained. A good cleaning and a couple of medium sized pots would be most welcome.
We're so happy to hear you loved the condo and your time here! I'm sorry we didn't have what you needed in the kitchen. Our units are fully stocked, except for specialty items. Next time, don't hesitate to call us so we can see if we stock what you need. We are also contacting the owners in reference to the carpet. We usually do our deep cleaning during the winter months if a unit is unoccupied. We're working on getting it professionally clean ASAP. We hope to have you back again next year!
