Lovely, fully equipped condo on manicured property. Not used to a high rise condo, I was worried the elevators would be slow but they really weren't. Parking was a breeze and I couldn't fault our stay at all! It was great to have GBR right there so we could pop in with any questions. All the staff we met were very helpful, GBR staff, security and maintenance; always great with a restaurant or places to visit suggestion.

We did some "snow birding" in Beachside II 4283 in Jan, Feb, 2018 for 6 weeks. Everything positive about the condo. Clean, comfortable, great location, easy access, on the beach, easy access to car. We liked all the conveniences of staying in the Sandestin resort also. One upgrade I would recommend would be a nicer, larger TV. Sandestin is a very manicured property with open space for walking or biking. With all the conveniences there, a person really wouldn't have to leave the resort, plus they have a continuous shuttle service which we found convenient as my wife and I were sharing one car.

We lived the resort. All amenities were great. The unit could stand freshening up. Had a damp/stale odor. Planning a return visit.

Very nicely decorated unit and very clean. Views from both the living room and the bedroom were outstanding: you are right on the gulf! Two chairs and two beach umbrellas in the unit, which saved having to rent from the beach vendors at really high prices. Location is perfect, with good restaurants close by--especially liked Mitchell's Fish House right down the street. Gibson Beach Rentals was easy to work with and gave me helpful tips about the area. I will definitely be returning to Destin!
