Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

Room was very clean well maintained. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Please replace living room furniture, couch and chairs were very uncomfortable.

Nice condos in excellent location. Condo was clean with great views of beach. Could use a remodel in the bathrooms. Kind of dated. Would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there.

Nice room and great view. Everything worked except washing machine had some balance problems which need resolution. Property mgmt office to take care of this issue. All else fine and would come back.

We stayed in Beachside II 4351 and it was perfect! Right on the beach with excellent views! The unit was very clean and just at the pictures showed. It had two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs which were a HUGE plus. We were able to get to the beach early and get a spot. The kitchen was well stocked< and the beds were very comfortable. Gibson Beach Rentals were excellent to work with. The keyless entry was the great. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely use Gibson again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place to relax, especially the view of the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the location of one of the bedrooms. It had a window in the bedroom that looked outside the entry way that shined a light in the room at night. We draped a sheet over the window to resolve. Also the mattress was a little soft. However, overall I would highly recommend this location.
We're sorry about the light in the guest bedroom. The blinds usually work perfectly to block it out. Finding a mattress that is suitable to each person is truly one of the hardest things we encounter. Each person has their own definition of what the best mattress feels like. Hopefully your family enjoyed their time here on the Emerald Coast and left with a positive experience. We appreciate your thoughts and that you took time to express them to us.

The condo was right on the beach with the most spectacular views. It was a really good size condo, clean and decorated nicely. The management company was very informative/involved and our stay was perfect.

Great view of sunrise every morning. Great view of beach. Very relaxing sitting on patio listening to the surf. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants, which are excellent. Hiking, bike riding are close by.
