Cancellation: Bookings cancelled a mnm of 45 days prior to arrival = full refund less $200.00 fee + tax. Bookings cancelled between 45-30 days prior to arrival = a refund of 1/2 of Rent Charges Total and Housekeeping. Cancelling your reservation within 30 days of arrival will result in complete forfeiture.

lovely decorating but several sm issues. Only 2 lamps in BR w/ 60w bulbs. After sunset you could not see into the closet. We bought a flashlight. The lamps had 3 way sockets but had 1 stage bulbs. Brighter bulbs and a third lamp on the dresser would have made a huge difference in our comfort. The glassware also mismatched and plastic. Bad for wine.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Beachside II. The reservation and check-in process was very pleasant especially since there are no keys needed for your stay (everything is keypad based). The particular unit was on the 10th floor and we had an awesome view and the unit was extremely clean and well maintained.

If you want to be near the amazing Hilton amenities, this is the best spot in Destin. Transportation to Baytown, great spot for an early morning walk, and pool area is perfect. Parking is easy, it's secure, and more elevators than needed. Our room was perfect for four, clean and we liked the open shower. Gibson Beach Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Only wish checkout was 11am.

Had a wonderful trip to Sandestin in August. This is a perfect unit for a single or a couple. Unit is decorated very nice. Excellent bed and nice walk-in shower with expensive fixtures. All kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is well equipped. All floors are tiled and appear new. Nice balcony with beautiful view of the white sandy beach. Felt very safe and secure in the gated community with very friendly guards. Overall experience was excellent.

We loved everything about this condo. There were only two of us so there were plenty of supplies (towels, kitchen items). The condo faces west so we sat on the deck and watched the sunset. Condo was extremely clean and Gibson contacted us on the morning of our trip to make sure we had our entry codes. Early March is a great time to visit - not crowded at all but warm enough to walk on the beach and wade in the surf. We rented bikes from Bikes-R-Us and Sherri is fantastic to work with. We rode over to Baytowne Wharf each morning for breakfast at Another Broken Egg cafe ... wish I was back there now! Had a great dinner at the Surf Hut on the beach in Destin.

This unit was very clean and very smartly decorated. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. This place is beautiful, the resort is very nice. We only wished we had a golf cart, would have made it more fun.

We stayed in this 1br/1ba gulffront condo just last week. We LOVED it! Beautiful furnishings, very comfy beds/pillows, everything and more as far as the kitchen, breathtaking views from the bedroom and balcony, perfect distance from stairs/elevators to our room, covered garage parking, very nice staff...I could go on and on. It was an amazing, amazing week. I have absolutely nothing but positives to say about our experience and I highly recommend this unit!!!

I was so happy with our condo! The view was awesome and our 1 BR was very spacious and clean. Absolutely would recommend staying in this unit. We had a great vacation! Gibson was very nice to work with all the way around.

Everything about our three day stay was perfect. Condo was spotless, bed very comfortable, view from condo and balcony perfect. Shopped at Publix at Grandview Blvd. and enjoyed eating at the Wine Bar next door with some locals. The Back Porch and Louis Louis did not disappoint. Traffic light, so an excellent time to be there. Gibson made everything smooth for us. Definitely will come back to 4302.

Gibson Rentals was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Our condo was right on the beach, immaculate, comfy sofas and beds, plenty of dishes and cookware. AC worked and there was even a stackable washer/dryer. I would suggest the owner get some placemats tobelp protect the glass table top. We used the dish towels. Really a fantastic experience!
