This holiday home boasts new floors, generous granite counters, updated décor and wonderful views of the Village of Baytowne Wharf Towne Center. The kitchen is stocked with new stainless appliances, cookware and dinnerware for a wonderful in home meal. Or walk outside our condo to an array of restaurants, you decide! The living room is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper with a gel mattress, comfy side chairs, a large Smart TV, and ample natural light from the sliding glass doors tat open onto a large balcony. We overlook Baytowne Wharf. There are 4 chairs at the dining table plus 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom is fully loaded with a king size bed with a new gel mattress, a private bathroom, and a wall mounted HDTV. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, lare soaking tub, and separate shower. Our guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a closet. The guest bathroom is equiped with a shower.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickle ball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent a boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
