Our family of five had a great time at 603 Pelican Isle. The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked. It had everything needed for a beach front vacation to make you feel like home. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, cooking utensils, the list goes on and on. The owners have thought of everything in this unit. The decor in the unit was perfect. Views were perfect. Loved being on the 6th floor. We didn't realize how nice the covered parking spot would be. The condo building was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were spoiled! This place is awesome and we will be back one day. Loved it and would not hesitate recommending it to friends and family.

We had a fantastic time here! The condo was SPOTLESS! They had everything you could think of. The master bedroom and bathroom is amazing! In fact I FaceTimed a friend of mine to show how lovely it was. Plenty of room for our family, 2 adults and 2 teens. My son enjoyed the bunks with the tv and curtains while my daughter claimed the extra bedroom. The view is gorgeous! The complex itself is very clean and nicely maintained. The covered parking space was a nice bonus. The pool area was nice and clean. We really enjoyed staying here and if we are in that area again for vacation we would stay her again! Thank you!!

This was our first trip to Okaloosa Island and it was amazing. The condo was very nice and offered plenty of space for our family of 4. My 6 year old loved the bunk beds with tvs! You can tell the Dunns have thought of everything a guest could need to make their stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back! The views were absolutely amazing and the beach service made trips to the gulf so much easier with two young kids. I can’t recommend this condo enough. I’ve already told family and friends to plan a visit here!

This was our first trip this area in Florida. This beautiful condo could not have been more perfect for our family of four. We were welcomed to a very clean and thoughtfully decorated home. We had the best sleep in the comfy beds and quiet building. We appreciated all the extra amenities like the covered parking spot, beach toys and chair service that was included. Thank you for making our kiddos first trip to the ocean so memorable! We hope to be back soon and we’ll definitely make sure it’s when this condo is available.

Unit 603 was exactly as described. Incredible clean and well stocked with everything you need to coo. The view is absolutely spectular. The best part is that the proterty is very family oriented.

Our family enjoyed staying at Pelican Isle in room 603. The beds were comfy and the entire condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and it was nice to hav a Keurig coffee maker (there was a regualr pot maker, as well). The beach was incredible, of course, and it was nice to have chairs and umbrellas available. We enjoyed grilling outside and spending time in the hot tub, too. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this condo! We loved that is was further away from all the bustle and noise, but a quiclk drive to get to the boardwalk and all the food. Having 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily was fantastic! The majority of our stay was perfect. The condo was perfect - bright, clean, and much larger than we anticipated!

My husband and my parents family came down for a few days to relax. This beach is by far our favorite! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, well stocked, easy to get to and not crowded. The water was more calm than the beaches in Destin or Panama City. Having beach chairs/umbrella and a designated parking spot in the garage was great! The beds and furniture were comfortable and in great condition. The hot tub looked nice and the ocean was so clear and warm. We loved the fact the building wasn't huge so nothing was crowded. We hope to come back next year!

Properties on the Island cannot exceed seven stories, so there is nothing to impede your gorgeous view at Pelican Isle 603. This is a 98 unit condominium complex which gives you a smaller crowd on property while giving you one of the largest two bedroom condos on the island. The amenities that come with the resort are also excellent - with the pool (heated from December through March) and Hot Tub located Gulf side, as well as a exercise area and a short walk to the boardwalk and the sugar sand beach. Pelican Isle 603 provides beach service which includes two beach chairs and umbrella seasonally from March 1st though October 31st. There is a BBQ grilling area which is immaculately cleaned on a daily basis.

Okaloosa Island is a small barrier island less that a mile wide. A substantial portion of the island is either nationally protected seashore, or part of Eglin Air Force Base. It is sparsley populated yet only ten minutes from Destin. A key factor about the island is that it has a building height restriction of seven stories, providing for a relatively private and relaxed beachfront experience.

The sleeping and bathroom arrangements for this unit which comfortably sleeps 6 are as follows:
Primary (Master): 1 King bed with en-suite bathroom
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with en-suite bathroom which gives the guest ultimate privacy. This bathroom also has access from the hallway.
Bunk Beds in the Hallway, each with its own Smart TV with remotes, and curtains which gives privacy and are loved by the younger guests.
The Open Living Room gives you access to the private balcony that comes with a counter height table and 4 chairs for an unimpeded view of the beautiful Gulf of America. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee maker. There is a full size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron in the unit for your convenience. Each bathroom is equipped with hairdryers. Beach towels are also provided.
