We loved staying at Patrick’s place. He was very easy to work with and very nice place with wonderful view. We plan to go back.

Although this building has seen its better days the apartment furnishings/fittings were very good and it was well-stocked, if not especially homey. The two-toilet/sink is helpful and not so common for similar one-bedroom rentals. We were looking for a nice sea view for this last-minute booking during Labor Day weekend, and there were not many available, but this space has it, with a solid high table and two chairs on the balcony. The parking lot is large enough so that we could always find a place despite it being a busy time. The beach in this area is a bit crowded, so we spent most of our beach time elsewhere. Patrick was communicative with quick replies. We appreciate the easy check-in, despite arriving in the middle of the night, although our keys did not work the first time. Cleanliness was adequate. The place was expensive but we did book very late and during Labor Day weekend.

We had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect. The unit is high enough up so you have a great view but still close enough to the beach. The unit was very clean and we found everything we needed there. Patrick was a wonderful host and quick to respond.

I enjoyed this stay even more than I expected to. The view and beach access was perfect. The 1.5 baths was great for a couple. The condo has a great little casual shop with beach supplies that was well priced and a nice restaurant inside. You can spend the whole time just in the condo and beach if you wanted. We're already planning to go again!

Everything is exactly as stated in listing. Great views, directly on the Gulf. Very short walk to beach area. Beach rental guys are also very helpful and accommodating here. Rates are reasonable as well. Staff very friendly.

This was our first Airbnb booking and Patrick made it easy to book. We had a great stay at the condo, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and view from the balcony. Our children had an amazing time at the beach and pools. The condo was clean and the kitchen had the needed essentials. Patrick provided some beach chairs and a boogie board that we were able to enjoy at the beach. The beds were a little firmer than what we are used to but overall 

Patrick was super helpful! He was amazing! We had rented a room months ago with another Airbnb host and we had to leave that room. I'm 7 months pregnant and I have a 3 year old. We found ourselves in the lobby at 9:30pm at night needing a new room and I found Patrick! We were able to check in so late and last minute! He responded to my message in less than 5 minutes and made sure we had everything we needed! Walking into this unit was like a breath of fresh air! Literally and figuratively. It was clean and updated. The views were absolutely beautiful! My boyfriend and I were extremely happy and comfortable with this unit. We are even more happy that Patrick was there to help make our trip amazing! We both highly recommend Patrick! When we come back to Destin we plan to book with him again!

Perfect for a quick girlfriend’s getaway! The condos location is amazing. Patrick was so helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Couldn’t recommend his place enough.

Great location on the 5th floor, close to beach access with a fantastic view. Cool 2 bathroom feature.

Girlfriend and I decided to take a little here for Christmas and have zero regrets. Everything was great staff was friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

Better than pictures. Both sunrise and sunset could be seen from balcony. Beautiful place. The owner Patrick is a gem.

Perfect property for the weekend getaway. Flew into Destin Exec, stayed two nights. Uber was perfect as many restaurants close by. No need for a rental car. Beach was gorgeous.

Our host was magnificent, great communication. The condo was perfect and in a great location with an amazing view. It was perfect for the 2 of us and highly recommend as the perfect place to stay.
