Booked a last minute Labor Day long weekend getaway with a friend. The views from the living room and porch were amazing. The unit was comfortable and clean. Only negative was the hall bath which was small and cramped. The location was excellent, and it was a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and other beach options.

We loved the location and the commnication was so great. From day one if we needed anything they responded quickly. Only thing we suggest is the outdoor patio furniture made us a little nervous having a toddler since it was as tall as the railing. Maybe shorter table and chairs there. But overall an amazing stay. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully to the same place.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this condo. The kids loved that after a long days adventures, we could walk down to the beach and they could play in the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. There was also a little beach in the bay more protected from waves.

This is an amazing rental with a beautiful ocean view. The only complaint I have is the fridge/freezer wasn’t cold enough and the meat started to thaw in it. Thankfully Edgar helped us out by letting us use the one in the next unit.

Location cant be beat! Wonderful views and nice pool for evening swims. Rental was clean upon arrival. The furniture is a little big and hard to seat 4 at the table without knocking knees. We would stay again!

The view from this condo was amazing; however, the walk is ridiculously long to get to the beach. Half of the beach is reserved for guests staying at another hotel that has to shuttle over via boat which leaves you having to walk even farther. No bathrooms are close by. This beach is also where every snorkeling boat drops their guests off to snorkel, so it can get crowded quickly. The condo was nice and the complex itself is small so not too crowded. If people are at the pool late at night it can be a little loud, which might be difficult for guest with young children trying to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and if you dont mind the long walk you will too.

Me and my family had a amazing time and our condo was absolutely perfect! Everything worked and it was super clean when we arrived. Location is PERFECT and right on the beach.. sunsets are amazing there! We will definitely be back next summer if not sooner.. thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent view of the bay and Gulf from balcony. We will definitely try to book this Condo again when we visit Destin again. Br sure to bring some binoculars so you can see the dolphins in the Bay from the balcony.

The second bedroom offers twin bunk beds and access to a shared full bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allows the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer, flat-panel HDTV, and free Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals or snacks after a day at the beach. A dining table seats four guests, and there’s additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step out onto your private balcony for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Destin East Pass, and the jetties—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
