The Chill Pill was just perfect for getting our children and grandchildren together. We were 12 total so there was plenty of room. Each bedroom with king size beds and separate bathrooms was a plus. This property has all of the amenities plus some! Trash compactor, ice machine, two refrigerators, two washers and dryers to name a few. The heated pool was a hit for the young ones. Only steps from the beautiful beach. All the beach chairs/ toys that you need. The pool table and shuffle board got plenty of use. Great location! We would definitely stay here again. Dana was great in every aspect of our trip, from beginning to end. Answering all of our questions and providing some great recommendations was never a bother.

Chill pill is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We were 12 adults and this house had more than enough room for everyone. All of the furniture, and amenities are very high quality (I love the dressers in the master so much that I googled them to buy). The fact that all the couples had a private bathroom was a huge plus. The pool was perfect for the group, and a perfect location to the beach. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Chill Pill with my family in September and I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and so beautiful. Such an amazing location so close to the beach. Living area is so perfect for a large family and rooms are all spread out and relaxing. Beds were extremely comfortable and the view from the back porch was beautiful! Owner was very good with communicating with us and even checking in throughout our trip to see if we needed anything. Pool area is incredible as well! House came fully stocked with all kitchen items and plenty of towels and other items! Will definitely be staying here again if I'm back in Destin anytime soon.

What a wonderful vacation, all highlighted by the perfect Destin Home Base House you will find. This new in 2018 gem is the perfect place for multiple families to come together, celebrate, and easily reach all of Destin's wonderful attractions. Chill Pill incorporates the perfect area for connection. The wonderfully appointed kitchen flows into a generous dining area for 20, and is sandwiched by a comfortable TV/Living area on one side and super fun gaming area complete with a beautiful Pool and Shuffle Board tables on the other. From there, walk out 2 sets of double doors to a refreshing pool, outdoor grill area, and outdoor shower when coming back from the beach. Speaking of the beach... the beach is right across the street and so easy to get to for families with kids of all ages. Must say we got pretty spoiled with our home base at the beach with 2 umbrellas and 6 chairs set p for us each day of our stay. So nice to know you have a spot for your group, even on the most crowded beach days. Wonderful! The rest of the house rocks too. Starting at the top in the crow's nest- this was a perfect getaway for the kids with all the bunks and their own TV area. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and I'm very picky on the beds and mine was extremely comfortable. No family felt slighted with the rooms they used- isn't that a nice change! Laundry room had an extra refrigerator and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Perfect!! One other thing to highlight was the outdoor shed stocked with 2 SUPs, a Sea Kyak, beach chairs, and coolers to use at the beach. There are also bikes to use... who could ask for more? We loved our stay at Chill Pill and hope to be back on a future vacation!

I just returned from a family trip to Destin where we stayed at the house Chill Pill. We had 12 family members and the house had more than enough space for everyone. The house is new and it is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want on a beach trip. It is even equipped with bikes, beach towels, beach chairs just to name a few! It is a short walk to the beach and is close to several good restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Destin! We will definitely rent this house in the future. Dana and TJ the owners were available to us when we had some questions and minor issues!

All you need is a swimsuit... they have the rest covered! The Chill Pill is the ultimate family beach house. The layout of the house is perfect. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space but nothing is wasted. Our group of 6 adults and 6 children enjoyed every inch of the Chill Pill. The pool table and shuffle board kept the teens busy while the swimming pool was perfect for the kiddies. We spent our mornings cooking big breakfasts in the dream kitchen and our afternoons at the beach! You can't ask for a better location in relation to the beach. Everyday we packed the provided wagon with life vests and towels, loaded the rolling cooler with drinks and with the stand up paddle board on my shoulder (did I mention all of these were provided by the wonderful hosts!) and made the long 6 HOUSE trek to the beach! lol. No really - the beach is only a 1/2 block away. Once we made it to the beach, the attendant set up the 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas that came with the rental. Our first day, we were about 50 yards away from the beach entrance. He asked how long we were there, and for the remainder of our stay, he had our chairs set up right down front (less than 50 steps)! This was the perfect Mother's Day getaway and it definitely won't be our last time at the Chill Pill! Thank you Dana for making this such an amazing last minute trip!!!

WHAT WE PROVIDE (BEACH SUPPLIES):
-- 6 PAID beach chairs/umbrella set-up (SEASONAL March thru October, 3 double set-ups professional chair service) at Hutchison Street beach access by Camille's which means you can get food/drinks at the bistro or also at Staci's inside The Inn @ Crystal Beach. Your chair service is already set up and reserved for you each morning when you arrive at the beach and it gives you a home base to set up other chairs/equipment
-- An SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) plus Kayak
-- 6 more fold-up sand chairs
-- a rolling beach cart and THREE rolling coolers
