Our family just returned from the most incredible stay at this Emerald Coast gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire property. Every surface gleamed—it was obvious the owners take tremendous pride in maintaining this luxury accommodation. The interior design features lovely finishes that deliver on the promised luxury experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made every night's sleep feel like a dream. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare family meals throughout our stay. What absolutely made our vacation exceptional was the brand new golf cart provided with the rental! This thoughtful amenity transformed our beach experience entirely. Instead of lugging our gear and tired children back and forth, we simply loaded up the golf cart and enjoyed a breezy ride to the pristine shoreline. Our kids looked forward to these little adventures every day, and it saved us so much time and energy. The property's location offered the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion while remaining convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities that weren't on the typical tourist radar. If you're considering booking this property, do yourself a favor and don't hesitate. Our family has already decided this will be our go-to vacation spot for years to come. This review could be a book: We are so pleased to have leased from Angie Mawn for years. She was first recommended to us by our son, a local business owner, who entrusted Angie with his best international and national clients. We have never, ever, not once been disappointed. Angie’s town houses are spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a rewarding stay is here. I like her neighbors. The location is perfect for us. The pool is just across the drive with her second story deck overlooking it. She has a small, private deck off of the primary en-suite. Within easy walking distance is a complex with Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden and Sonic. Lots of boutique shopping. Destin Commons is across the highway. Publix could be walking distance if a guest is so inclined. The beach is a seven minute stroll for this grandmother. In other words: location, location, location. Should you need Angie’s attention, she is a text away.

We loved our stay here! Quick 10 minute walk to the beach and driving distance to multiple restaurants and shops in a car or golf cart. Angela was super communicative and accommodating for our group and very helpful whenever we needed something. Would definitely stay again!

We recently had a wonderful stay at Angie’s townhome during Spring Break. It was the highlight of our family’s trip to Destin- a perfect place to relax after fun on the water. The location was perfect- so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pool is lovely- the kids swam a lot- and we took beach walks most mornings and evenings. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and super comfortable. The home has a spacious layout; we had Angie has really thought of everything. She also went above and beyond to ensure our week was perfect. We didn’t want to leave!

My wife and I have stayed here several times and will definitely be coming back soon! Convenient walking access to shopping, restaurants, and of course…THE BEACH!
