It’s been a while since my husband and I have been able to take a vacation. The timing was perfect, as it was past the spring break crowd but before the summer chaos. We enjoyed a day on Crab Island where the dolphins were displaying their tricks. The shops were not overly crowded. I give the whole trip a 10 out of 10.

it was a beautiful place to stay ,the gulf is just a few feet away and the sunrise and sunsets where beautiful, the place was very nice and a great location, the balcony was a place.we spent a lot of time on , it was.a great trip

The view was amazing as always. I’ve been coming to Destin for 32 years. My husband and his family have been coming to Destin for 55 years. We have stayed at the Cabana Club many many times. We have even stayed in 305 before. The updated sliding door to the balcony was nice. I appreciated the granite countertops in the kitchen and the updated backsplash was nice. The new shower unit was much needed. Unfortunately one of the buttons on the coffee pot did not work. The door to the dishwasher would not close correctly so it was hard to operate. The dryer looked as though someone was in the process of working on it because the vent was open and somewhat melted. There was a flashlight on top of the unit and door was left open. There was sand on the back of the couch and also in random places on the furniture. After staying in many other units at the Cabana Club it seems as though the living room furniture really could use an update. It’s very dated compared to other condos. We had a wonderful time on the beach but were surprised that the price of the umbrellas was now 50$ a day. We still rented one for 5 days. There were a several days when people from across the street cut through to the beach by the Sea Oats and set up umbrellas with loud music between us and the Cabana Club. We were definitely not used to that. All in all a good experience. Thanks
Neen, I value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As you noted, the replacement of all balcony doors throughout the complex now provides a more spectacular ocean view than before. And the newly updated kitchen and shower are wonderful. I was unaware of the issues you experienced with the dishwasher and clothes dryer during your stay and apologize for the inconvenience they posed. I have resolved those issues. As of October 2024, I have installed brand-new living room furniture which includes a queen size sofa sleeper, a brand-new king mattress/box springs in the master bedroom and a brand-new Keurig Coffee Center in the kitchen with which guests can enjoy either a pot of brewed coffee or a single serve K-Cup. Also, to further improve the experience of all guests, I have hired a completely new cleaning team. I truly appreciate your business and hope that you will consider a return visit. I would love to have the opportunity to host you again!

My stay was wonderful here! The host is absolutely kind and responsive with any questions or concerns, and even worked with us when our flights got changed to make sure we still had a perfect trip. The beach is private, it's so lovely, the windows and the balcony gives you the PERFECT view. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped, just bring your own cocktail shaker and jigger if you want to make your own drinks!

We have visited Destin more than 20 times over the years. We had problems with how crowded the beach had become. But Cabana Club's private beach was a blessing. We have found our new destination in Destin. Cabana Club!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cabana Club. close proximity to the water. spacious, decorated, but very outdated. good location. BIG PROBLEM, the AC makes a huge loud noise when it comes on. sounded like someone breaking in the front door. overall enjoyed our stay.

Rental was easy Got directions and codes and had no trouble finding. Condo looked just like a Florida vacation space. No complaints other than our stay was too short and we were there in April and could have been 5 degrees warmer, but that was the only time we could squeeze in our short trip. Host even called to be sure everything was working ok. We loved our time there.

Celebrating-- early -- our 50th wedding anniversary, we chose Unit 305 at Cabana Club in Destin. Right on the beach, it has a wide balcony with seating to sit and view the beautiful blue and green Gulf of Mexico and the powdery, white sandy beach. For the two of us it was a spacious accommodation: the living area right in front of the big, sliding glass door to the balcony, contained a sleeper sofa with a table lamp on either side, a coffee table, large screen TV and a floor lamp. There was a galley kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, flatware, dishes, dishwasher, and so forth. There was also a table in the corner with four chairs. There was a bath with shower, jacuzzi tub, sink and toilet, and a half bath with sink and toilet. There were mirrors in the bathroom and in the hallway which helped to reflect light and make the place brighter. The bedroom was spacious, as well. We felt at home and loved the easy view of the ocean and the quick access to the beach. The Crab Trap nearby, although pricey as almost all restaurants are in Destin and the "Emerald Coast", was within easy walking distance and featured good food and helpful servers. We went to Destin in April to avoid crowds and heat and humidity, so some of our days were a bit cool. However, the beach was not crowded right in front of our unit, although there are umbrellas and chairs set up daily. It is a public beach with public access nearby and some areas did tend to get a little crowded on either side of us. Access to the beach was through a gate with a security code, which led to a wooden walkway down to the beautiful white sands. There is a station with a water hose for removing sand from beach sandals and feet upon returning. The owners communicated well and were nice to deal with. They recommended Crab Trap and Crackings restaurants, and we had good meals and good experiences at both places. If we should ever go back to Destin, we would not hesitate to rent this unit again. The color of the water is amazing, and the sand is white and powdery, like sugar. It is a lovely place, and we loved our stay.

The condo was nice but needs some TLC. It smelled musty and dust was noticeable on ceiling fans, vents, and some furniture. I was glad I brought Clorox wipes and went out and bought air fresheners. One of the pillow cases was half the size of the pillow. Small detail but I thought twice about putting my head on an exposed pillow. On the plus side the ocean view and location are amazing and owners were excellent communicating property details.

I take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously and my housekeeping crew generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining and preparing the condo for arriving guests. I am incredibly happy that you did enjoy the amazing views and location of this special place. Balcony our favorite. Beautiful furnishings. The outside closet was a surprise with beach chairs etc. Towels bars were loose, but we managed. But again. . . BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE GULF.

Great location! We really enjoyed the balcony view and the jacuzzi tub. It was also nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Our only complaint was that the microwave and stainless steel fridge had greasy fingerprints on the front.

Truly as repeated customers, this Unit is extraordinary in every way. The beautifully appointed space from the bedroom to the living room...all the while taking in the everyday changing ocean views. Hardly ate out with the full kitchen well equit with everything you would need. The large shower and Jacuzzi with massaging jets was heaven to smooth away tired muscles. Saw dolphins a couple times on this trip. Laura made my stay a warm and inviting experience...staying here is in a word..Perfect!

This unit was very convenient to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. The countertops were a little outdated and blinds had damage, but I understand updates are planned. The host was great at communicating and made our check-in and check-out very quick and easy.

Awesome property. Better in real time than the pictures suggest. The importance of a private beach are obvious when you walk to the nearby public beach and look at the overcrowded conditions. Never took the chance to use the grill, but they looked incredible. Very quiet through the night, when all you could hear were the waves lapping the shore. Would definitely come back for another stay!

My family of 3 enjoyed our stay at this Condo on Crystal Beach! The views were amazing! The condo was the perfect size and very clean. I had previously read reviews that the couch was "soiled" but honestly, I didn't notice it. Side Note: it was pretty comfy to sit on. The beach is private so it isn't crowded at all! Just perfect! I highly recommend booking this condo with Laura for anyone looking to vacation in Destin! Laura is wonderful to work with and keeps you update with all the information you need before and during your stay!

Great location, liked the smaller size building. Based on the pine sol smell when we arrived, it had been recently cleaned. Could use a little upgrade on cutlery in kitchen. Older unit and shows a little age but that didn't bother us. I would stay here again.

Excellent accommodations!!! Very clean and convenient. Of course we went in with a covid mindset and rewiped everything down just to be extra safe, but the condo was really clean. Probably the only beef would be inconsiderate neighbors banging and letting their kids run around like freaking morons!! Other than that we had a blast!!!

Location is a big benefit to this unit. Great view from the living room, comfortable bed and easy access to the beach. If you are looking to social distance and enjoy the beach at the same time, this is a great setup for that. With only four stories you can take steps vs being on a crowded elevator. The outdoor grilling area is great for cooking and getting to know ur short term neighbors, while being able to keep some distance between you. The only down side to this unit is the tiny shower, but hey ur not gonna be in there long. It was a memorable week for our honeymoon, thanks to this property and property owner !!
We remodeled the shower in November 2020 with much more room now!

Awesome place to spend a week and relax on vacation. It couldn’t have been any better. The sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony and the beach view is outstanding. Best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything is so clean and nice. The property is manicured nicely. We enjoyed a night cooking on the charcoal grill. It is set up very good. The beach access is none other than perfect. Nice deck walkway with wash station was awsome. I can’t say enough good things about this property and location. We will definitely be back for another glorious vacation😎

We absolutely loved so many things about this condo! The distance from our room to the water was very short and we had an amazing view! At times, we felt like we were the only people on the beach. The condo itself is in a residential area (so it's quiet at night) but you are close by any restaurant you could ever want to visit! We loved The Boat House Oyster Bar, Boshamps (FAVEEEE), and The Crab Trap (5 min walk from condo.) In a nutshell..... Clean. Beautiful. Views. Quiet. Convenient. Best beach trip yet!!

We had a wonderful stay from the condo to the restaurants to the beach. The condo was furnished nicely, if you choose to eat in it has a full kitchen with all the amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner left a list of restaurants that she frequented, so we tried them and they were great. Best of all was the beach, it has a private entrance so it’s not crowded. We rented the chairs and umbrella from the vender on the beach it was well worth it. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the beautiful views. The owners are great to deal with and everything is as described. We will definitely be back.

We love your condo. It is decorated so nicely and the furniture is strong and sturdy. We were very impressed with the full selection of kitchen implements. We made crab legs and there was a stock pot and crackers to break open the shells. The place is very comfortable and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed spending time at the Cabana Club, Unit 305. This unit was conveniently located with many restaurants and shopping close by. We had great communication with the owner and everything was as described when we arrived. The Cabana Club was right on the beach and it provided free parking and a private beach. Unit 305 was very near the elevator, which made it very convenient yet without any noise. It was clean and fresh and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Linens were provided along with all the essentials. The bedroom had a king size bed, plenty of drawer and closet space and a TV. There are two bathrooms along with one shower and tub. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer were also in the unit. The living room was spacious and had a TV, couch and chair. Again, the view from the large balcony was great and we spent a lot of time out there. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and towels but there are a few water items in the closet. The only cons we had were minor. The shower was very small, yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a large jacuzzi tub to make up for the cramped shower. The HVAC unit made a loud noise when it turned on and off from pressure built up in the vent, it was not constant. Closing the bedroom door at night pretty much took care of the noise issue. We would certainly return to this unit again when we visit Destin. The experience was great and enjoyable and will provide good memories for years to come.

Beautiful Condo. The view from the balcony is better than described! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Laura had great suggestions for area merchants. You have to go to Destin Seafood and get the Key Lime Pie and the Royal Red Shrimp that we cooked with steak at the condo. So gooood! We were enjoying ourselves so much, we wanted to stay an extra day and Laura made that process so easy and fast. Other reviews complain about the elevator - I am telling you the honest truth! - in our week's stay, we never had to wait on the elevator and believe it or not, there was never another person in it with us. We still joke about that. The private beach had the least amount of people than any of the others up and down the strip. The hotel beaches were packed. Many pluses especially that it is over 1000 sf right on the beach and a very short walk to the sand! We had trouble with the WiFi but it was the whole building and when we called it was repaired. Oh yeah, the deep jacuzzi tub was amazing!

I've been revisiting the Cabana Club since the mid nineties, and probably stayed in most of the units on the third floor, which to me, the most perfect view. I initially booked by vacation stay for a week, and was enjoying it so much that I extended my stay, short of another three weeks, from 12/21/16 to 1/19/17. I want to personally thank the Aarons, for arranging this extra time for me, in the most generous and courtesy manner. They made my experience one to remember, and I will, God willing be back later this year. I would highly recommend booking here to anyone who would like the time of their life. The unit is absolutely beautiful, from the bedroom, bath kitchen and living room, is extremely well appointed, and oh so comfortable! The view from the balcony is second to none, and I have stayed many times in Destin, from the early sixties, when there was little development. Have stayed in Grayton, Seagrove, Seaside, and other locations. You will simply not find a better view. It is a joy to have breakfast every morning with breathtaking views of the many colors of the ever changing waters of the Gulf. Every day is a new experience. We had the best time at this condo, and I think the best part is the private beach. There was plenty of room on the beach and all the people that were there are nice and clean up after themselves. The public beach looked so crowded and was full of trash at the end of each day, but our beach wasn't! The second best part is waking up every morning and going out on the balcony to have your coffee with nothing between you and the waves. There is something just so peaceful about staring at the ocean first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The patio was always a great place to sit and talk at the end of each day. The condo was super spacious and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to cook dinner or have sandwiches for lunch and not have to go out to eat at every meal. That saved so much money! My husband walked a couple places when I was off with the car, so there are things that are walking distance, but most you need a bike or something. King bed was amazing and I slept like I was at home in my own bed. Jack and Jill bathroom worked wonderfully so the kids could have their own area too. I would definitely go back again next year.

This was a beautiful condo located directly on the beach on the third floor with a big balcony. The condo felt very spacious for a 1 bedroom and easily slept the four of us. The 1.5 bathrooms were set up great with separate access from each restroom to the shower/tub room. Furniture is perfect for a beach condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, which was a true blessing. There is a shower and a HUGE jetted tub that the kids used every night. Its a smaller complex with a private beach, so beach was not crowded at all. Daily beach service is available for a fee, but there were chairs and an umbrella in the storage room right outside the front door for free. There were also sand toys and boogie boards for use in the storage room, and there was plenty of room for your outside stuff as well. Jet ski, paddle boat, and parasailing are avail 2 condos down, just walk down the beach and you're there. Condo is walking distance to The Crab Shack. The beach was clean and water was crystal clear every day that we were there. Parking at night can be an issue but there is overflow parking directly across the street. Elevator for upper floors is fast and close to the condo. There is an outdoor shower and BBQ grills. Carts are also provided one the bottom floor by the elavators for carrying in/out your luggage or groceries. The owner was wonderful to work! We actually rented the condo only two days ahead of time and everything went smoothly. I did not have to contact her at all throughout the stay. I already have my deposit back as well! I will definitely rent this condo again.

My family stayed here for our summer vacation. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Unit has awesome views right on the ocean! It was very clean and private. Beach was spectacular. The owner was so friendly and helpful right from the beginning and even told us where to get some great seafood! It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. We found this condo for a long birthday weekend celebration. I was completely satisfied with this beautiful place located in Cabana Club unit 305 located right on the beach/ocean in Destin, Florida. The unit is close to every restaurant and store, while feeling peaceful and secluded all at the same time. Parking was great...never an issue. Very safe area. Everyone was so friendly. This unit is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor set of condo units located on the beach side of scenic hwy. The view of the beach/ocean is perfect, the condo is decorated amazingly, with two bathrooms(one very large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Extremely clean and comfortable. The master bedroom is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen overlooking the beautiful beach/ocean. The balcony was perfect from morning till night. The private beach was not crowded and family friendly. The elevator is an added plus! We enjoyed hearing stories from the other families staying at the Cabana Club. This unit was exceptional. The owner went out of her way to make us feel special. She shared different places to visit. We also received the sweetest card after our stay. We will definitely be returning every year to Condo 305, also we hear she owns Unit 306 which is surely just as lovely. Dolphins were viewed every morning while drinking a cup of coffee-doesn't not get any better. Played in the ocean like a couple of kids, so refreshing. Welcome to our beachfront paradise located in the gorgeous Crystal Beach community! At Cabana Club unit 305 you will enjoy direct and unobstructed ocean views and are literally steps from the powdery soft, white sand beach! From luxury linens to breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast, you will enjoy your vacation with the comforts and amenities of home all in 1,100 square feet of living space.
Enter your pristine and uncrowded beach with coded access for a day in the sun! Relax on your large Gulf front balcony and soak in the amazing views enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic sunset and glass of wine in the evening.
Our kitchen is furnished with full size appliances and equipped with all of the amenities needed to prepare casual or gourmet meals. The dining area has a large cottage style table with seating for four and there are three comfortable bar stools for dining at the breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor area with three large charcoal grills.
Our unit can accommodate up to four people comfortably. The living area has an elegant, bright tropical feel with a queen size sofa sleeper, recliner and large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, small TV, dresser, night stands and spacious closet. Bath area has a shower or you can soak yourself in the large Jacuzzi jetted tub after a day on the beach! Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
You may rent a beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella that are provided via a private service each morning. Beach setup is not included in the rental price of the condo. There is not a swimming pool located on the grounds of the complex, but the beautiful warm waters of the Emerald Coast are just steps away from the door!
