This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, or just a nice 3 Day Long weekend stay or weekly rental for the family. Community pool (Not Heated) Cable and Wi-Fi are included. Easy access to free island trolley service, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the beach. NO PETS/NO SMOKING.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees. A $59.00 damage waiver is required on all reservations or a min of $1500.00 Refundable Security Deposit.
