Located in the Serenity community at Dune Allen Beach, this home enjoys beach access directly across the street. Guests have access to a community pool, picnic area, and restrooms. The west end of 30A features Stinky’s Fish Camp, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and scenic Stallworth Lake.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-trained, non-shedding dogs (preferably older than 2 years). Dogs must be fully potty trained; crate-trained pups preferred. Additional pet fee applies (collected after booking). Minimum $350 damage fee applies if needed.
