• Bicycles Included: This property has 10 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes


• LSV Rentals: LSV rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest, or Alys Beach


• Pet-Friendly: This property is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $350 + tax. Housebroken, non-shedding dogs only. Pets must stay off furniture and beds and be crated when unsupervised


• Pool Heating: Pool heat is included with the rental cost and can be turned on upon request seasonally, September 1st to April 30th
