This was our 3rd year at Sanctuary by the Sea, first year in unit 2118. We absolutely love it! Been going down to 30A for years and have tried various spots. This is our fave! Beautiful beaches, convenient beach access, fabulous view of the lake and ocean, 2 big pools, great fitness center, golf simulator, theatre room, bike rentals, miles of biking/walking/running path, convenient parking and a beautiful, spacious, updated unit. The rooms are a good size with 3 full baths and a half bath. Laundry room is spacious. It is close to many wonderful restaurants, but if you prefer to eat in, 2118 has a beautiful kitchen which will certainly meet your needs. Definitely not a crowded complex which is extremely appealing to us. Beach chairs/umbrellas are always available and the pool always have open tables and lounge chairs. Plenty of people to meet but plenty of personal space, it's a great balance. I highly recommend the Sanctuary and this unit. We are already booked for 2022!!

We have stayed at many houses/resorts along 30A hru the years, but this one is the best yet! The condo has an open floor plan, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous view of the lake and gulf, 2 easy paths to the beach, and great location within the resort. Two beautiful pool areas. We stayed week of July 4th but didn’t feel crowded. The owner and Vacasa were very attentive to any needs we had. We will be back!

This was our second year to enjoy this lovely condo. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the bedrooms are roomy and very quiet. The living area allows for much room for the two other couples we shared with. The area affords many top rated restaurants close for eating out. The beach access is easy and the two pool areas are top notched. We found the parking to be very convenient for loading and unloading. We will look forward to another stay.
