Nestled between Seacrest and Seagrove, Prominence South along 30A is the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation. Just minutes away, you'll find pristine beaches, the vibrant Big Chill entertainment district, and stunning state parks.

• The Big Chill Entertainment District – Enjoy live music, movies, sports on the JumboTron, boutique shopping, casual dining, and family-friendly activities
• Deer Lake State Park – Less than a 5-minute drive for beach access
• Seacrest Beach – 3-minute drive for more white-sand shores and turquoise waters

• Non-shedding, housebroken dogs only
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
• Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
• Non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax applies

• Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
• Payment is NOT accepted through wire transfers
• Waiver required to get access to the 8 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes
• LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach Guests have access to one garage, where the LSV is located.
• This home is not equipped with cable television but comes supplied with WIFI smart TVs.
• There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the entrance of the home. There is also an active camera overlooking the driveway of the home.
