• Rental Agreement Required: After booking, we’ll request your email address to send the Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed and returned prior to your stay. Access will not be granted without a signed agreement.


• Noise Awareness: Please be respectful of noise levels at all times to ensure a peaceful experience for neighbors and fellow guests.


• Rates Availability: All rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at Coastline Condos discretion.


• Important Construction Notice: Area-wide construction or maintenance may occur without notice. Coastline Condos is not responsible for disruptions caused by city, county, or neighboring property projects beyond our control. If we are made aware of any work that would significantly impact your stay, you will be notified prior to arrival and/or this listing will be updated accordingly.

- Community Policy: Prominence Neighborhood Curfew 2025

2025 Curfew Enforcement: To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, the Prominence community has adopted an age-appropriate curfew policy in alignment with neighboring 30A communities, including Seaside, WaterColor, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

• Guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 9:00 PM while on Prominence property during designated curfew periods.


• This policy helps preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all owners and guests and supports community-wide safety initiatives.


• We kindly ask that families explore and enjoy the area together — whether visiting nearby beaches, The Hub Shoppes, or The Big Chill.

It’s perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove for easy access to shopping, dining, and coastal adventures.


• How do guests access the beach? Prominence homes use nearby public beach access points. The most popular options are Deer Lake State Park, Walton Dunes, and Santa Clara. Access to private facilities at Watersound Club is not included.


• What’s the parking situation? Guests may park in the driveway or garage of the unit (if available). Street parking is not allowed in Prominence North, and using other units’ driveways may result in towing or fines. Overflow parking is available across the street at The Big Chill. Trailers and boats are not permitted anywhere in the neighborhood.
