Overall, beautiful home and well kept. Beds were really comfortable. Close location to the beach. A few issues were inconvenient based on the price point for this.The check in and out times seem very unfair, the checkin time is very late 4/5pm CST and the check out time is very early at 9am (strict about 9am). Considering how expensive this rental is, they should allow guests to spend more time in the home by having normal check in and out times. They should have 2 cleaning ladies instead of 1 so the house is available sooner for guests who are paying a lot to stay there. The view from roof was misleading- the pictures don’t show all the new homes that have been built around it, so the view is actually blocked by other homes. They need to update roof pictures for more accurate representation. The remote on the roof doesn’t work at all so you can’t watch the tv. They provide 2 trash bags and a very small trash can- they should provide a larger can and more bags for guests w longer stays
