My husband and I stayed at D1205 for a long weekend and it was perfect! We felt at home in Brittany’s condo and she is super responsive and kind. We have been vacationing at The Beach Club for many years and it was wonderful to be back. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are great! We appreciated all of the details and beautiful decor that is in D1205 and had a very restful and relaxing getaway. We definitely plan to come back and look forward to it!

Just returned from (almost) a month’s stay at this property. Cannot put into words how much we enjoyed relaxing here. The property as a whole is so clean and all the staff were very friendly and hard working. The condo itself is so comfortably appointed with very thoughtful accommodations. Very clean! We felt so at home here. The king size bed was much appreciated and cozy. The kitchen is tight, but had every thing we needed (and then some) during our stay. So nice to also have laundry right in the unit. Contacted the owner during our stay for some incidental things and the communication was very quick and helpful. Cannot recommend this location and property enough-and the hosts were superb!! Rent here with confidence. Cannot wait to return!

The decor was perfect and so was the blankets, furniture, and stocked kitchen. The view from the 12th floor was fantastic and so easy to get to the pools and beach. This is also a perfect location in my opinion - close enough to some great spots to eat and buy essentials. We also ventured to the resorts activities for kiddos and enjoyed live music daily. This condo is so beautiful and comfortable with lots of books and is miles away from all the hustle and bustle. The kitchen is well stocked except for dishwasher detergent but fortunately Dollar General is only about a mile away. I appreciated the pantry space to store the weeks food. I was unsure about the 12th floor as I rarely stay above the 4th floor but I loved it; the view is much better up there. The balcony is large with comfortable furniture. I hope to come back next year.

We love to walk the beach in the winter, and "Chill" was the perfect spot. Brittany has impeccable taste in decorating and has included the smallest details to make her condo comfortable. You can view the sunrise and sunset from the spacious balcony (in the winter). We had a fabulous time and plan to return.

The property is clean and beautiful. The coastal decor in the unit is to die for! We are very happy that we found this awesome deal! It’s much less crowded and laid back than our usual PCB fall break trip, but there’s still plenty to do not far down the road.

I have stayed at 1205D many, many times with the previous owner and now with the new owners! Just spent 5 nights there! The condo is beautiful, well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked (for those that cook, Ha!) Lots of great restaurants nearby....Sassy Chophouse a hop and a skip from the condo is really, really good! The balcony is large and the view is awesome. This condo will not disappoint and neither will the owners.....it's the BEST!

Fantastic! Super clean and well furnished. Balcony was large for a one bedroom with great furniture. Well stocked and maintained. The resort and beach was clean and family oriented which was perfect for us. Off the beaten path. We will be back. Only advise is stop and stock up for food and needs on the way in as not many restaurants nearby.

We had a fabulous time! Even if the weather did not cooperate, we relaxed in the condo (which was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the gulf. Brittany was fabulous at answering any questions. The Beach Club has a lot to offer for activities, food, drinks and relaxation. I hope to come again.

My husband and I rented this condo for some much needed destressing. It was exactly what we were looking for. They don�t call this place serenity for nothing. We got some much needed R&R . We loved every minute of our trip especially our coffee on the balcony.

Serenity is a state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled. The absence of mental stress or anxiety. This is exactly what you get when you stay in Serenity. Breathtaking sunsets, beautiful moonlit nights, and a view that is amazing. The condo is beautiful and has everything that you could possibly want or need. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo - the atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort. Our kiddos immediately started playing a board game and coloring. Those were awesome little touches at the condo. The location was quiet, relaxing, and made for a very enjoyable trip!

This place is definitely serenity. I hope this is what heaven feels like. Everything was perfect. The condo isn't missing anything. Steph you made it so comfortable and helped it feel like you were home. There are perfect views from the balcony and any angle inside. Everything is convient and at your finger tips. This is my first time staying here, but it will definitely not be my last.

I have been coming to the Gulf Shores for most of my adult life and have stayed at The Beach Club the last 4 years. Love , love, LOVE The Beach Club. In fact, I don�t look anywhere else now. It�s truly a resort atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing time, but close enough to go into town if you want to go in for a quick visit. While we always enjoy our time there, I can tell you that hands down, Serenity is THE BEST condo I have ever had the pleasure and privilege of visiting. Stephanie has thought of EVERYTHING!! On my way down, I remembered I left Q-tips�she had them. My daughter was sore from 4 exhausting days of cheer camp�no worries, Steph had some Epsom Salt for her to soak those tired muscles. The lavender spray for the pillows helped the little ones wind down after fun and exciting days at the beach & pool! The coozies, chip clips, and lens cleaners are brilliant!! I have never had an appreciation for lens cleaners like I did sitting on the beach with sunscreen covered hands. Those handy dandy little things allowed me to easily clean off my sunglasses to take in that beautiful view. There is laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, I mean as Ms. Betty (who is AMAZING, by the way!!!) put it, you don�t have to bring anything but yourselves and some swimsuits. True Southern Hospitality!!! Serenity is impeccably decorated, and you can tell so much love and thought went into every little thing. It absolutely feels like a home away from home� A home in paradise. I hope to stay as a guest of Stephanie and her family many more times in the years to come!! You absolutely, 100% can�t go wrong staying with Sand Mann properties!

The first thing my husband and I noticed when we arrived was how much it looked like the pictures! Next, and this is a big one, is how you could walk barefooted in the condo and not have ANY sand on your feet!! There was no trace of sand on the furniture or bedding, ahhh so nice!!!! I loved the little additions that made it feel like home... the power cords on each side of the bed to plug in cell phones etc, the light switches on each bedside table (so handy), the dry bar, the Keurig and the milk foamer (so fun and fancy)... we literally had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay! The beach was also so lovely, we had blue skies and beautiful water the whole week! This was our first time staying in 1250 Serenity and definitely wont be our last! Lastly, thank you for the welcome gifts- the sunglasses/ lens cleaner was a HIT- my husband said so many times how handy it came in down at the beach!

**The Beach Club REQUIRES over the AGE OF 25 to rent units at the complex; this is our rule as well.**
Once you arrive at "THE CHILL" @ Doral 1205 at The Beach Club Resort & Spa, you’ll wake up to the sights & sounds of the Gulf of America. We are one of the "VERY FEW" large (800 sq ft) one bedroom rentals with a gulf front master bedroom. This one will offer you a calming and tranquil place to spend your vacation. The master bedroom boast a comfy king bed ready for the most restful sleep and ensuite full bathroom (fully renovated November 2023). Our bedding is made to embrace the calm while you escape for a while at the beach.
We cater to couples and the small families of 4 with kids or teens but we can sleep up to 6 humans. Please no more than 6 people at a time. Any age could love our bunk beds with soft cozy bedding along with individual reading lights and plugs for your personal devices. Need a little privacy, just pull your curtain! You’ll enjoy being tucked away. We do have a sofa bed if you prefer not to use the bunks. Baby in the family We have a PackNPlay so you don't have to haul it from home~ The CUTE "instagram worthy" half bath caters to the bunk or sofa guests (Updated November 2023).
Our large 25 ft wide balcony has room for everyone to enjoy the fabulous sunrises and sunsets of Fort Morgan peninsula. Being on the end of the resort gives us lot of expansive and open views of the water. We have a fully stocked kitchen with new eco-friendly cookware and a coffee bar area. If you do decide to cook, we have anything you could need along with some spices we keep in the cabinet.
Relax inside in front of our 55” flat screen or just kick back in the swivel rocker to read a bit. New flat screen is in the master bedroom. Our coastal décor will put you in vacation mode ~ also an assortment of games and books. We just added new books around the unit! Come hang out in one of our rocking chairs waiting for you on the huge balcony that everyone enjoys drinking coffee or a cocktail from.
We have washer/dryer next to kitchen in the pantry. You will have towels for bathing but will need to bring your own beach towels. We have plenty of hooks for you to dry off from the day at the beach.
The Doral pool is beach front so you’ll always hear the waves….want a real treat Give the swing a try overlooking the ocean. You’ll love The Beach Club and may never need to leave! Walk up to the casual restaurant in the front or The Coast Restaurant is located in the second floor of the clubhouse and is a little more formal for "date night" for something special. There is no fee to eat at these restaurants on property. Feel free to book a real escape in the newly remodeled spa! It’s just a few feet away. BC is a great place to take a stroll around the property on and off the sand. They have a great children’s play area up by the tennis courts. If you’re a golfer, you don’t have to go far to find one of the three premier courses we have in the area. You may never have to leave the resort with two restaurants, ice cream shop and boutique on property. Look for the Air Stream food trucks in the summer up by the Village Hideaway restaurant. There are also great options for dining on Fort Morgan including Tiki Bar Restaurant behind the gas station and Sassy Bass for a little getaway. Travel down to the end of the road to visit the historic Fort Morgan fort…yes there is really a fort! The kids will love the adventure!
The Beach Club also has other premium amenities that require to be purchased from them the day you choose to use it. The resort fee which has a daily of $45 per day per condo fee up pay directly to them. The Club offers the huge indoor pool, fitness room and club pool with pool side bar/cabana along with 8 tennis courts. Strickly optional as Doral has our own beachside pool with hot tub and lots of loungers for our guests. Booking straight from the owner is hundreds less than Spectrum or other listing sites like VRBO.
PARKING:
**Starting June 1st, 2023, The Beach Club Resort is charging $40 for guest parking up to 30 days. The price quoted will include parking for 1 vehicle. Vehicle description and tag information will be provided to security prior to arrival to expedite entrance into the resort.
Additional vehicle passes can be purchased for $40 per vehicle. If additional vehicle passes are needed it would be in addition to the quoted price and the vehicle description and tag would need to be provided prior to arrival to prevent any delays at the security gate.**
