Hi, I’m Sheila Chavis. My husband, Rodger, and I are originally from Louisiana. We spent most of our adult lives living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area before following our dream and making Perdido Key our full-time home in 2018.
 
At Perdido Dream, we take pride in offering not just a vacation rental—but a thoughtfully prepared, relaxing escape you’ll remember fondly.
 
I personally handle all guest communication—from quotes and questions to pre-arrival tips—and I’m always happy to help along the way. On check-in days, once our outstanding cleaning crew has done their magic, I step in to make sure everything is just right, down to the smallest detail.
 
Rodger manages the creative and technical side of things. If anything comes up during your stay that needs immediate attention, he’s often the one who will be there in person to handle it promptly.
 
Because we live close by, we’re most always just a call or text away. We know how important vacation time is, and we’re committed to making your stay a seamless and memorable experience.
